Quills is still on beta, no stable release yet. I’m reluctant to use it. However the Zope platform seems to be very advance and sophisticated and promising. I was amazed by the number of products (more than 200, many other webloges) they support, I wish I had my own test-bed server to run this Python monster. May be soon!
Drupal is another well coded platform. Although it is was a nightmare to get it up and running, however it is very advance and got a lot of support and features I was looking for. It’s on my “alpha” site now, once I finish the setup I’ll invite users for beta testing. If you wish to join the team, just give me a call.
b2evolution also looks good. I’ll install it today and see give it a try.

The Quills people like to say it is Beta or Alpha to keep flames away
give it a shot, I am sure you will find it to be as stable as any product you can buy for 1000s of dollars
