Lisa Alcalay Klug wrote a most informative article for last Tuesday's New York Times about the recent appearance of religion-centered food websites.

Muslims can visit Zabihah.com, Halalapalooza.com and Eat-Halal.com for information on halal meals that follow Islamic dietary laws. OneHajj.com, IslamiCity.com, Barakahhajj.com and a host of other sites offer Hajj pilgrimage packages to Saudi Arabia.

As for Jews, there's SederOlam.com, which helps you find kosher sushi restaurants when you're traveling…

Being Halal Food or Kosher Food, why can't we all eat together?

    Yes, why not. It might be a way to bring in peace between nations. Don't they say that the way to the man's heart is through his stomach?!
    So maybe it's the time that we start blogging recipes, common recipes ;-)
