    Heart breaking…

    I came across these pictures on another site as well, and it is just so sad. Speechless is a feeling i get when I look at these because what more can a society do to show how our president's choices are wrong, and then he goes and gets himslef reelected again.
    The pproblem is the people who see these pictures…its like preaching to the choir. we never see imgaes like these in our western media.
    i swear if people saw what war really looks like, they would have thought twice before voting for who they did.

    More of these pictures here: http://www.zonaeuropa.com/01467.htm

    Of course if we know who controls the media (http://sabbah.biz/mt/archives/2005/01/19/who-rules-america/), we know why the Americans don't see these pictures!

    Ouch! This really hurts.

    Here's ANTHEM FOR DOOMED YOUTH by Wilfred Owen to run salt into an open wound:

    What passing-bells for these who die as cattle?
    - Only the monstrous anger of the guns.
    Only the stuttering rifles' rapid rattle
    Can patter out their hasty orisons.
    No mockeries now for them; no prayers nor bells;
    Nor any voice of mourning save the choirs, –
    The shrill, demented choirs of wailing shells;
    And bugles calling for them from sad shires.

    What candles may be held to speed them all?
    Not in The hands of boys but in their eyes
    Shall shine The holy glimmers of goodbyes.
    The pallor of girls' brows shall be their pall;
    Their flowers the tenderness of patient minds,
    And each slow dusk a drawing-down of blinds.

    Hate to burst your silly — and bigoted — conspiracy theory about who controls the media in America, but we do see these photos in American media.

    Of course, we also see much more that you won't find in the media here in the Arab world.

    It's sick to know that American do see such photos, yet nothing changes on ground.

    Probably the quote below these pictures was "child caught in terrorists action"!?

    Um, well i was born and raised in Los Angeles and was always addicted to the news since a teenager and never see images like these, well that was until my parents got smart and got a satellite dish so we can see news from around the world. please tell me if there is this new channel or newspaper that dares shows images like this, all the time. And if there are a few images, its probably like what Haitham said.

    If the current US administration could they would make sure nothing left Iraq except what they have censored. I agree with Haitham. That too many Americans know about this and aren't doing anything about it is not only shameful, it's criminal.
