CFL ALERT: URGE YOUR SENATORS TO VOTE AGAINST S. J. RES. 14 WHICH CALLS FOR THE RECOGNITION OF JERUSALEM AS THE CAPITAL OF ISRAEL.
U.S. Senators are asking the government to move the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem in violation of international law, most notably U.N. Resolution 252. U.N. Resolution 252 calls on Israel to stop all measures that change the legal status of Jerusalem , including the expropriation of land and properties thereon and that Israel stop taking measures to unify Jerusalem as the Jewish capital.
TALKING POINTS
*Tell your representatives that S.J. Res. 14 makes a mockery of the peace efforts, shows that the U.S . is a biased participant in the peace process, and proves to the Palestinians that no matter what measures they take to live up to their obligations the U.S. and Israel will continue to make unilateral decisions detrimental to the Palestinian nation.
*Ask your elected representatives why they are pushing the Israelis to ignore international law and remind Washington that East Jerusalem is recognized throughout the world as being illegally occupied territory. Tell your representatives that you support the embassy move to Jerusalem as long as they support a unified Jerusalem as the capital of both the Israelis and Palestinians

How late of them. They’re not good Christians. Shame shame.
first, the US, despite what it has said now and in the past, has never allowed Jerusalem to become the capital of Israel, though often it said it would. 2. No right to it? hey! you try to esterminate a state 4 times and you lose, then tough on you. As for the UN: Israel does not get a seat on Security Counil (revolving) but Syria does? UN sucks

And yes, the UN DOES suck. Except when it recognises “Israel’s” “right” to exist………… and when it fails to force the implementation of the resolutions against “Israel”………..

The only nation whose capital has ever been Jerusalem is Israel.
