Well, I can not judge, nor I trust the Libyan judgment. We all know that the subject was used politically by the Libyans, not because they care about the kids, but as a propaganda "we are victims" of a western crime. Unfortunately the kids has to suffer the crime, but who is really behind this crime?

Why can't we say that who committed the crime is the ministry of health and the bad system behind the poor hygiene and ineffective sterilization procedures allowed contaminated blood to be spread!!

What about the hospital records that shows that some of the children were infected before the foreign workers arrived in 1998. Others caught the virus only after they had been arrested — including one HIV positive baby not even born until the health workers were behind bars. How can you commit a crime while in jail?

What about the 10 policemen involved in the investigation who are accused of torturing the foreign workers into signing confessions?

These nurses commited the worst crime in Huminitarian history, and should face the max penalty.
Otherwise it is a door openned to inject more childern around the world.
