Just one new site per week isn�t very exciting, so we thought we�d launch Live8.technorati.com. No doubt you�ve heard of Live 8 by now. Live 8 Technorati provides you with direct access to what people are saying about Live 8 right now.

Joi Ito has announced that Technorati has launched a site dedicated to the ongoing discussion of this soon-to-be historic event:

Technorati has teamed up with Live 8 to bring you the latest conversations about the campaign to Make Poverty History. Read first hand accounts of the concerts and events, and get all the news and opinion from the blogosphere.

Heck, while we’re at it, you can go over here and sign this letter to President Bush asking him to help fight poverty.

I mean, heck, Pink Floyd is reuniting. With Roger Waters. That’s huge.

    Technorati Joins Live 8 to Make Poverty History

    The G8 summit is in Scotland in July. This is a focus for the ‘Make Poverty History’ campaign, calling on the assembled government leaders to spend more on aid to developing countries & cancel debt.
