Handbook for Bloggers & Cyber-DissidentsToday, Reporters Without Borders published a Handbook for Bloggers and Cyber-Dissidents (in English, French, Chinese, Arabic and Persian), in which experts and bloggers from all over the world advise Internet users, especially those in repressive countries, how to set up their own blogs and get them known, while preserving their personal anonymity.

Why is it important? Well, whos not in danger? Do you have any idea how many blogger were charged, arrested, or even killed because of their views in their blogs?

Rebecca MacKinnon wrote a comprehensive review of the Handbook, and says that it’s a Must Read.

Do we need it? Bet we do… I’ll take you through that in more details soon when I post 4 pages answers to 4 questions I received from some Italian Press media recently. As for now, head up there and read the handbook.
