Could someone translate for me? Actually I am trying to improve my Arabic, so if you could post the phonetic translation as well as the English translation I would really appreciate it!

anyway, translation, It goes like this:
“an ad about losing 3 goats
telephone 7979127
god bless you”
It’s funny because, no one would hang an ad like that any where sayin that they actually lost 3 goats and askin anyone to call if they found them…
