People Daily Online: Japan will finance the rebuilding of Muqata with an undisclosed amount under coordination between the The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Palestinian National Authority (PNA) on renovating Muqata, Palestinian presidential headquarters in the West Bank city of Ramallah. Abbas Office Director said, "We need a new headquarters for the president, where he can meet world leaders and deal with the world in a civilized and modern manner."

I hope they make this JAIL a little bigger this time, so that next Israeli attack, the guy inside can find a space to breath!!!
