The first is a slang that, most probably, means “don’t care”. The second represents the smiley face of a Jordanian, which implies that Jordanians are usually grim-faced (serious or stern). The third, Mgalli3 also a slag, literally means that the person had lost molars (notice the extractor and molar sign) and implies old age, thus, experience. the first translates as: damn!?  the second top right corner is : thats easy, the third is: thug like not giving a damn about anything, its hard to find one word for that but maybe not caring and the fourth: get out of my head..as in stop nagging and bothering sort of a shadow like thing in one head a continous wisper...
