Promoting what exactly?

Just what we need:

The Islamic militant group Hamas has launched a TV station in the Gaza Strip as part of its expansion into Palestinian politics, Hamas officials and analysts said Monday. The Al Aqsa Television station could help Hamas in its campaign in the run-up to the Palestinians’ January 25 parliamentary elections if it is set up in time, analysts said. Hamas presents a serious challenge to the ruling Fatah party, which has led the Palestinian Authority since its establishment in 1994. The station broadcast a half-hour of readings from the Quran on Sunday, but nothing else due to technical difficulties, said a Hamas official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorised to speak about the issue. Hamas says it wants Al Aqsa Television, the first private station in Gaza, to be higher-tech and more modern than most stodgy, state-run Arab stations. (source)

Yes, politically and from a freedom of expression point of view, every party is entitled to have whichever medium it sees fit, to present its political programs and promote them, but what about promoting hate and terrorism? Can we claim they don't already? How would that be now through the most watched medium; a TV Station? And what political program does Hamas have?

I bet it will be banned soon like Al Manar TV was banned last year.
