Another friend's email, I feel lucky today 
These are just some of the photos from Qalqilya. There were taken two day ago during an invasion by the Israeli foreces in the City. It has only been two days but already many more such incidents have taken place, yesterday evening on the streets close to where I live, Qalandia Refugee camp, a 13 year old boy was shot in the chest and killed. The Israeli forces said he was throwing stones at a jeep as it entered the streets of the Refugee camp at around 5.30 pm. How can the state of Israel continue to defend itself against such horrible acts.

Over here in NA we don't condone violence, even if it is throwing stones. But shooting someone for that is an act of hate. Unless you are a friend of Bush.
It seems that violence has escalated since Bush took office because he is using violence to prove his point.

I can see you are looking at one side of the stoy.
The person which was shot tried to KILL a soldier. He was shot in the nature of SELF DEFENCE.
Israel singed the Geneva convention ther for it's soldiers do not commit "acts of hate". If a soldier is suspected of doing such act-he is seriously punished: he will get kicked out of the army.
Here it is clearly not the case.
Israel is NOT attacking-it is DEFENDING! this is why the Israely force s named - ISRAEL DEFECE FORCE.
Israel wishes no harm to the Palestines. It's against their terror attackes. Israel want peace and willing to give up some of the territories so both could leave here quitly…

Are you blind? A child throwing stones is not going to kill a soldier who is well-protected and sitting in a jeep. But a gun will kill a defenseless child who wants invaders to leave his neighborhood.
And just to let you know, just because a nation signs the Geneva Convention, does not mean they abide by the rules. Look at the U.S. for example. Did they abide by this Convention at Abu Ghraib, at Guantanamo, and God knows where else?
Sure Israel wants peace, but only for its own citizens. It wants to kill the Palestinians and make their lives miserable. That's why they go into the Palestinian territories and shoot at will. They don't need any rhyme or reason for being there other than to terrorize. That's why they tell the governments of the world to follow their lead and deny the Palestinian government aid. What's next? Are they going to deny them humanitarian aid too?
You need to stop being so dillusional. If you want peace with your neighbours than you should have demanded it from your government long ago. Instead of electing a party that will continue the terror in Palestine.

First of all the result of Israel reasent election showes that the people of Israel wants peace-the chosen govremet already started planning a withdrawal back to the borderline of 67', which means giving back the Palestinians all the territories that was taken from them in the war of 67'.
This acction proofs that Israel is doing everything to have peace already. Israel has no intention nor an interes to continue this conflict.

"That’s why they tell the governments of the world to follow their lead and deny the Palestinian government aid" -That is only because their govrement does not recognize Isreal and support terrorism, and still Israely govrement has decided to continue the support.
And don't start talking about inocent children getting killed. Just a few days ago a terrorist killed an entire family! they also blow up buses with tens of civilian, and consistenly bombing cities-and all of that after Israel previous govrement acted out a gesture of peace: a withdrawal from gaza without any return from the palestinians.

Hope you learn that there is two sides to each story. Israelies don't kill for fun as you think. far from it. They suffer Just the same.

I agree that there are two sides to every story. But over here in NA we only get one side. The side we get is pro Zionist.
Haitham's site gives us the other side. (Plus many other sites I have visited.)
Don't judge the people who are just trying to get to the truth.
My views are just a conclusion that I have reached from reading many sites from both sides.
Nobody is innocent, nobody is guilty.
Everybody is trying to establish their own marked territory.
The bottom line is that the Pallestinians are an occupied people.
They want their own state.
The violence has to stop on both sides. It is as simple as that. Don't start blaming the Pallestinians on their attacks. This has become a "tit-for-tat" battle. Just like in Iraq between the Shi'ites and the Suni'is

It is no use arguing with people who are lying to themselves and others (even though I myself fall for it now and again). They clearly have an agenda to promote Israel as a David against some fictional Goliath, have the world twisted into the nutshell that is their mind and conscience, and cannot function other than to believe themselves right, true and just. It is of further convenience, as Dylan said, to have "god on our side".
