Statue fatwa?

Be aware, this sin will get you a ticket to hell: Egypt's Grand Mufti, Shaikh Ali Gomaa, has issued a fatwa against the display of statues in private homes. Many Egyptians have small knock offs of busts of Ramses and other mementos of ancient Egyptian culture.

Just add it to the list of stupid FATWA'S!

I believe that this fatwa is out of time and place, what the ignorant imam is talking about is a period of time where one can be worried about people mixing these statues with God and start worshiping it all over again!

I have had it with Christian Bashing. The Liberal media will show Jesus deficating on an American Flag but won't show the Prophet Mohammed. Well Here is the picture of the Prophet Mohammed in all his glory, or whatever. Muslims look at your god now.

For someone who is claiming to be a Christian, I find your hostility to be unchristian. Not to mention in poor taste, not to mention that your facts are so off. For one thing, Muslims do not claim that Muhammad is a god, they clearly state that he was one of the Prophits.
Two wrongs don't make a right.
