Goodness! People are really mad, though I am sure many might consider the offer in order to have the nationality. Bass, what they wouldn't know is that Governments are very strict in evaluating the authenticity and nature of such marriages.. Its more like investigations. I have a Swedish friend whom is married to a guy from Romania, and today (2 years after marriage) they finally got the permit from Swedish authorities..

I met my wife-to-be in October. I was a devout bachelor. We were engaged in November. She got her ring in December. She turned 18 in January. We were married in May.
What is the difference? If it is love and money is involved, who cares!
Love is that personal feelings actually tell you that your woman is different than other women. (Not possesive meaning.)
I didn't believe. On May 11th it will be 33 years. I still love her. I still want to be with her.

Europe is not just Europe. There are major differences between different regions.
In Western Europe the immigration laws have been tightened up in the past 5-10 years due to the 'anticipated threat' of Central Europeans hording over ther borders with their accession to the EU (a fear that was unfounded). In Central Europe the immigration laws are more lax (the bureaucracy is still a bitch though) as Western Europeans were not expected to (nor did they) horde over into Central Europe (and immigrants often mean foreign direct investment or inflow of well-educated contributors to society).
The economies are also greatly different. I know of several 'humanitarian marriages' (e.g. one of my friends married an Iranian guy who was refused refugee status in Denmark in order for him to stay), but this kind of humanitarian activism is a luxury that only very few Central Europeans could afford even if they really wanted to.
In e.g. Denmark, EUR 200K can buy you a nice family house or amount to about 10 years of net income for an unemployed person while in Hungary, EUR 200K is the price of a big luxury family house, about 150 years of net income for an unemployed person, or about 60 years of net income for a minimum salary taker. Unless both a husband and a wife earn way above an average salary, the dream of one's own house will remain nothing but a dream.
Hungary is one of the 'richest' EU accession countries while Slovakia is one of the 'poorer' ones, with higher unemployment and less favorable economic outlook.
My wife and I are living a life with relatively good economic freedom in Hungary, but if I placed EUR 200K in 5% government saving bonds, then it would completely replace my wife's net income and we would be able to have the child we are still saving up for. No, not to buy, but in order to support it!
Though I don't consider the offer from 'anonym' as good moral, I won't pass judgement or blame the guy for aspiring for a better life.
200K for immigrating to where? give me a break! I can offer someone marriage to obtain American green card for half of that. Or even less.

I u to understand that sometimes paper marriage isn't inmoral.
My friend, we are from Moscow, Russia, needs to be operated on. She has a poor heart. There are the best doctors in the UK.
But she needs the UK sitizenship.
I can hardly say that it is inmoral.
