Donate for life!
Robin has shared the following in the comments section, but I feel it should be read all visitors, especially those who asked me many time for methods of donations to Children in Palestine.
So, here we go:
If you have come to this site in search of news concerning the situation in Gaza you will learn that there is much suffering being experienced by the civilian population there. At times like these, the children are particularly vulnerable. Many are lying in hospitals suffering from wounds incurred in this present situation which has been going on particularly hard since the shelling on the beach of Gaza by an Israel missile gone astray which killed seven members of one family. There are children in the hospitals in Gaza suffering from all sorts of health afflictions who are not receiving the medicines they need. My premature babies are at risk of dying as well as severely ill children. The power plants have been bombed and the water is in great shortage. No matter what your politics, I am sure that no one wishes for children to suffer under these circumstances.
There is an organization in Berkley, CA called the Middle East Children’s Alliance which was founded to support the needs of children suffering from the various situations in the Middle East. Currently they are trying to raise the moneys necessary to ship medicines to the children in Gaza. You can send your tax-free donations to the following address:
MECA
901 Parker Street
Berkley, CA 94710

or you can contact them online here:

Please, if you are from North America, find it in your heart to make a donation no matter how small to this organization which is working so hard to bring help to the children there.Thank you
Robin
Please do not hesitate to share this with others.
At the same time, I would appreciate if anyone knows of an organization that is collecting donations for Palestine humanitarian reasons, anywhere in the world, kindly share the info with us.
On the other hand, if you missed the latest in Gaza, well, it is all said here:
Gaza 1:45 am - 5th of July
Big explosion, very big and so loud, I’m fully awake , so sondos (my daughter) ,we hardly can see any thing it is very dark , the drone hit the ministry of interior building again with 1 missile ,that completely destroyed the building , as I hear the news from the local radio, it is very dark , I contacted Hoda,my friend, she lives next to the building ,to find her hysterically screaming , shouting in pain, trapped under her broken windows, all the windows,of her flat broke ,the fumes fill the place , she is waiting for the emergency team to evacuate her,I can hear the hysterical sounds of her neibours, over the phone ,I feel helpless, don’t know what to do,for my friend , I phoned again to offer help , she told me that she is ok , I know she is not , 5 of her neiboughers were injured , some of them the terrified kids I mentioned in one of my previous blogs ,I visited Hoda 4 hours ago , we both were tense , a third friend asked us to talk about anything but not politics ,or what is going on in the Palestinian scene ,we tried to , but couldn’t , I left her , walked home , only 5 minute from my placethe aeroplanes sound is high in the sky, can’t reach Hoda, because I cannot leave my daughter alone , and I expect more air raids , I’m sure some other friends are with her now , she lives alone .While writing I can hear another explosion , they hit an empty children school in another neibourghood.
I have no analysis may be you try to help me to know , why to hit an empty building twice ,
I can see it as desperate eager to revenge , humiliate and intimidate us ,
They will not succeed.yours in love and solidarity

A semi-comprehensive list of charitable organisations that may help in this time of crisis in Palestine may be found here:

What about Reagan’s speach?
Tear down this wall?
I did not realize until I linked to Mona’s site that she is the same Mona that is working with MECA. The absolutely HATEFUL comments being made on her blog completely astound me. That anyone could write like this to a doctor who is helping to save lives is nothing but evil (a word I don’t use very often at all)
I do not understand how saving lives has anything at all to do with bitter politics. It is utterly shameful. MECA and Mona are trying to help children in Palestine. Please someone, explain to me why helping children ANYWHERE is not what God intends for us to do. Please, keep all of those suffering under these circumstances in your prayers. NO MATTER WHAT YOUR POLITICS ARE!!
This utterly sickens me. I now plan to take a deep breath and send Mona a message of peace and prayers despite the fact that someone is sure to come on after me spewing bile and hatred. God keep her and everyone else suffering in Palestine safe. In solidarity.
