“The doomsday code” is a very one sided documentary, only stating the worst of religion, and the abuses of prophecy. I was wondering what you think of this response, which at least gives another perspective.

I agree with you, but the stupidity of the religious fenatics is not limited to the US.

The same sick behavior you can see every day on the Jewish and Muslim side as well. And as long as the world does not condemn BOTH sides equally, we will see this dangerous escelation of the conflict heading toward a dooms-day as they predicted it.

I watched the documentary last night, it is good, the language used in this document by the Christian Zionists is almost identical to the fenatic muslims like Khomeini and Bin Laden.

The stupidity of the religious fenatics is so identical across the boarder that it is astonishing. Sadly, the world is becoming a mess with stupid people like the one in this documentary and many on the other side destroying the peace and respect that exist (and should exist) between people of faith.

Poll: Third of U.S. voters link Israel, messiah return

Almost one-third of U.S. voters identify with Christian Zionism when it’s defined as Israel’s control of all the “Promised Land” as a condition for the messiah’s arrival.

The poll carried out earlier this month by Zogby International for the Council for the National Interest found that 16 percent of respondents strongly believed, and 15 percent somewhat believed, that “Israel must have all of the Promised Land, including Jerusalem, to facilitate the second coming of the messiah.”

Some 53 percent didn’t believe that statement and 16 percent weren’t sure. The council lobbies for cuts in U.S. assistance to Israel.

Those Christian Zionists and believers in the so-called Doomsday Code are a bunch of sick people; yet they are the most dangerous creators and enemies of of humanity and peace. They are promting wars and violence in the name of their sick and perverted rotten beliefs. Though they might be a minoriy, one should not underestimate the evil they can cause to the world. They are a cancer which must be uprooted before it spreads to the whole body.

Every one of those is a terrorist or a potential terrorist. Yet it is really a sad story and an irony that most of them come from the United States; a country claiming to fight terrorism all around the world, while protecting this home-grown terrorism. What goes around comes around!
