Olmert's (and in turn Israel's, since he represents them in the situation) stance against a peace convention is definately NOT helping anyone on any side. P.S. No offenses to any followers of the mentioned religious figures. Maybe instead of waiting for the return of Jesus, or the Mahdi, or Buddha, or the milkman to come and fix everything, the current people of the current situation should come together to work it out. The Bible says there will not be peace in the Middle East until the return of Jesus Christ. These pictures are terrible, but this is not a one-sided conflict!
