Would you mind translating into English what the little girl is saying, please?
Thankyou!!
Aluta Continua!!! Viva Palestine!!!
A wonderful and moving cry of love for Palestine … and pain for Palestine, from a beautiful little Palestinian girl. I am sure her moving voice and tears are mightier and sronger than all the American and Israeli weapons of mass destruction, and I am also sure that her cry will reach unhampered to the Almighty God of Justice, Who will respond to her cry sooner or later!
WOW! this is huge.
Very touching!
They can kill the flesh but not Spirit!!
The Palestinian people have TRUTH (Almighty GOD) on their side, you, therefore cannot be denied!!
Hal min mugeab? …WA MU3TASEMAH …
( Who will answer her? our civil wars that are knocking our doors everywhere, or the peace “surrender” of our rights and existence?
The Almighty GOD answers my prayers (for the Palestinian People), your’s and the little girl’s prayers, at His own time and purposes…be patient, have faith and believe that you have Truth on your side…and so, Victory will be yours!!
To Brother Haitham Sabbah:
Thank very very much for posting on your site this moving clip. It made me cry as I never cried before. I am a 61-year Palestinian American professor and writer who does not have children of his own. I will be grateful to any one who could help me locate the name and address of this wonderful Palestinian girl. I want to support her future education through a scholarship if her family are struggling to make ends meet. She has a wonderful soul and mind and I can see that she was born to be a leader of her struggling people.
To Sean:
The poetry the girl recited is a part of a poem by the Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darweesh. The poem has been around for quite some time; however, the power of this clip is in the delivery and the emotional charge this little girl gave to it. It’s more likely that you might find an already published translation of this poem. However, if you don’t succeed in finding a translation, just post a message and I will do my best to try to translate it for you when I have more time in the next few day.
Si, que viva Palestina, y que vivan las muchachas y muchacos valientes de Palestina!
