Here is an interesting one:

So the highest daily posting volume last year crossed 2.5 MILLION post a DAY during July/August 2006. The reason is simple to guess as this Technorati analysis graph shows. It is Israel war on Lebanon. Oh yeah, the world can burn in hell and hardly anyone will care to talk about it, but when it comes to something close to Israel, everyone should start ranting.
Worth mentioning is that during 2006, 100K new blogs were created every day, that is 3 million a month. The number of blogs that Technorati now records crossed 60 million and growing.
Now the question is: Where do Arab bloggers stand? And I mean Arab bloggers who blog in Arabic language. Well, the answer is:

As you see, Arabic as a blogging language records nothing. Well, I consider anything below 1% of the total as nothing. If Farsi scores 1%, where are the 300 million Arab? I already feel guilty here (although I started by Arabic blog, but never got serious about it due to lack of time), but everyone knows that I’m not writing here in my poor English for the Arabic readers.
Wake up Arabia!
