Media seeks public access in upcoming AIPAC lobbyists’ trial:

News organizations filed documents in federal court Monday opposing a government request to close portions of an upcoming trial of two former pro-Israel lobbyists accused of violating the Espionage Act.

Media organizations, including The Associated Press, are concerned the government wants to keep large portions of evidence in the case out of public view when former American Israel Public Affairs Committee lobbyists Steven Rosen and Keith Weissman go to trial.

What they are trying to hide?

Aipac Prosecution - Limited Access Is Constitutional
:

A government proposal to limit public access to evidence in the trial of two pro-Israel lobbyists is constitutional and represents a reasonable attempt to safeguard classified information, prosecutors argued in a brief filed last week in federal court in Virginia.

The prosecution rejected claims by attorneys for the two lobbyists, Steven Rosen and Keith Weissman, that giving jurors headphones to listen to recordings not played aloud in the courtroom would violate the Sixth Amendment guarantee to a public trial.

But still, what do they want to hide?

In case you missed it: Ex-AIPAC staffers say Condi Rice leaked them classified info:

Two former lobbyists for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) say Condoleezza Rice was their informant on sensitive national security matters.

Lawyer for Steve Rosen (AIPAC’s former foreign policy director) said Rice had not merely been Rosen’s interlocutor, but had leaked information identical to and at times more sensitive than examples cited in the indictment. In addition the lawyer said, the information Rice provided was more “volatile” than the information described in the indictment.

All details here…

I’ll be surprised if the court charge Condi for anything, not because she has not done it, but because the court will soon find out (if not already) that the whole administration is a puppet agent for AIPAC and they are just doing the job they were assigned to.

It is unfortunate that majority of Americans don’t know (or don’t want to believe) that their country is also occupied by the Zionists.

Hi Sabbah, OT, finally truth comes out. Hizbouallah trounced Israel and all hell broke lose and Nasrallah is the Enemey of the Arabs and an Iranian Agent. Now we find out Iran is supporting Sunnia and Shiite resistance. Suddenyl it all makes sense. All the vicious attacks on Shiites and on Iran by some Arabs is really nothing morre than an attempt to isolate the only country on earth that seems to support Arab resistance.

BBC: US says Iran arming Sunni groups

US Army Major Marty Weber holds 107mm rocket round at the conference
The weapons were captured in a Sunni district last week, the US said
The US military has for the first time accused Iran of arming Sunni militants fighting in Iraq.

Sunni militants are being armed with Iranian-made munitions, US military spokesman Maj Gen William Caldwell told reporters in Baghdad.

These include mortar rounds and rocket-propelled grenades, he said.

There was no immediate reaction from the government in mainly Shia Iran which has been accused of arming fellow Shia militants in Iraq in the past.

    Nart,
You missed the whole argument that is going on.
The US is blaming Iran because their invasion of Iraq has generated an upheaval of hatred of the US around the world. The “terrorists” are going to expand because of Bushs’ actions.
The blaming of Iran is nothing more than the US Administration actions of pointing fingers at everyone else than themselves.
Bush will never accept that he is wrong. (Cheney won’t let him.)
What we hear over in the West is so biased that it is starting to make me sick.
The truth will eventually come out over here and then all hell will break out.
Until then, just bide your time. It will happen.

Everyone I know are puppets on a string used by others in services making them look like what their doing is good to bring justice to some.

Their not, all their doing is taking advantage of those with learning disabilities and turning it against them.

Then when they’ve done their damage on us they run of a mile like Bullies do and act as though we’re paranoid and need help, medication and weak. When we don’t. This is also away to isolate us.

They set up traps for us through others of our family and who we know for this purpose and others don’t realise that what their doing is blackmail and illegal. The ones that course them to make others force many into their trap and plans are no more better than the ones that actually did something wrong or inapropiate. Unfortunely those who are bait have no choice.

Turning man against his brother until man exist no more.

Although they like to make you believe we have a choice with services unfortunetly we don’t.

This is all similar principles to what the CIA did in Japan causing panic and mass destruction through manmade earthquakes etc then making it as though it was natural disasters or something else.

Just as bad as each other.

    We’re not the criminals here.

    Tiffiny Somerset,

Wow…… just wow…. That is some post. My favorite part is the “earthquake machine” that the CIA posessed in 1944 to cause mass hysteria in WWII Japan. That is some crazy tech for that time period. It just seems ludicrous. I kinda understand your point that government and big buisness’ reach is so pervasive in modern life that the individual no longer possess actual free choice, but WOW. You use some pretty crazy example to show this. Way too much of a conspiracy theory for me to believe.

Other than that gripe, great post. I would bet really good money on Condi being the source (I should go to Vegas) since it seems on par for the ultra secretive, totally inept Bush administration. I hope these spy fellas enjoy the wonderful accomadaions inside a federal corrections facility. They sure deserve it. :-)

    Haitham,
I am self employed. I can’t afford to be sick!
So I take a lot of pills to keep going.
I am not sick, but very disgusted with the Wests’ attitude.
All I can do is explain to everyone the truth. I live in rural Ontario, Canada. Small communities here, but I try.
