Palestinian Youngsters Used as Human Shields By Israeli Occupation Forces in Balata Refugee Camp

Fresh one!

The following is a "new" (April 11th, 2007) video evidence that document another human rights violation by using Palestinian youths as human shields.

The video show Israeli occupation solider forcing two Palestinian youngsters to serve as human shields and protect the Israeli armor from stone throwers. The scene was taken in Balata Refugee Camp (Nablus, Occupied Palestine) by a filmmaker from RJI (blog) who caught the scene and other shots of the military operation and home demolition on tape.

The video talks for itself. Unfortunately not all war crimes and human rights violations such as this one can be documented, however, so many documentaries were seen yet, Israeli occupation forces still escape the justice.

Note: a copy of the video can be downloaded from here!

Joseph Kalis,

Thank you for your kindness.

The Sphinx,

That’s a piece of crap (excuse my French). They are getting trapped day by day by more evidences so they claim they suspended these soldiers, great, but did they solve the roots of the issue? No they don’t and they will not. It’s a matter of policy and they will try to mislead the mass by saying they suspended this or that.

The question is:

1. how may case like this went away before (and will pass in the future) without any action?

2. Is suspending the guys enough? What happen to something called law? Shouldn’t they be tried like all those who commit crimes and violate international laws and basic human rights?

3. How many worse cases, like killing innocents, and specially killing child, passed with awarding the criminals of the IOF by giving him higher rank and retuning him to his unit?
You think I’m kidding? Check Captain ‘R’, the IOF terrorist who shot dead the 13-year-old Iman in head. He was not only freed, but later he was compensation and awarded for his inhuman war crimes:

They will not be tried in court.
Just like the US, they need every soldier they can get.
They are both stretched to the limit.
Any lie they can use in their favour will keep them strong.
The hell with their foes. They don’t count. They are future terrorists.

Fully agree with you on that. But you know, every once in a while justice just _has_ to prevail. It’s only a matter of time before this fascist government drowns in its own actions.
