I somehow believe this a setup by the US and Israel to divide and concour.
But it has backfired.
Hamas has taken control of Gaza.
Their worst fears.
Palestein has become another Shia VS Sunni battle.
The US have to rethink their options.
Hamas was legally elected.
Bush wasn’t!

Mr. Blaschke,
Did you bother reading the last paragraph of the article above?

The International community should stand up to its responsibility toward the Palestinians according to the International laws, and not according to the Israelis demands.”

On your lunch break could you go find someone in our government with a REAL job, not just lurking on blogs which do nothing but seek peace. This whole Inspector Gadget thing is getting pretty tiresome considering our government is in the business of supporting an ILLEGAL occupation, pitting one Palestinian against the other, and then against the other one. God knows what you people are up to, but as a taxpayer who helps pay your wages, I’d truly appreciate it if you took your feet off your desk and go tell people who MATTER what the Palestinians are asking for.
That INTERNATIONAL LAW BE APPLIED.

And prayers to you too Mr. Blashke that you look deep into your heart and realize that you are NOT doing our country any good with spending your time lurking here, UNLESS it is to take the message back to those who DO have some power in this matter to do the RIGHT thing so that our country can be what it claims to be, a NATION OF LAWS and a nation that abides by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I agree, international forces should be put in place to protect the Palestinian people, but which international forces? Any move by an international force from any region will surely draw strong criticism from the US and Israel and immediately be accused of “aiding the terrorists”. They will also become targeted just as the Palestinian governing party was and is. I hope that one day soon we will see the implementation of what you are speaking of. The bloodshed and Israeli terrorism in Palestine needs to end. The problem is that the upper crust (if there is one) of Fatah have joined hands with the US and IOF, the same entities that wish to destroy Palestine. This will get them nowhere. One thing is clear, not one more child needs to die. Who will help? Who within the international community will take the brave step to help these victims of the Zioinist regime? Only time will tell. I only hope they act fast.
