Loose Change

One is tempted to make a political reflections on 9/11. One is tempted to review videos that question the official narrative (e.g. see this video already viewed by over 6 million people) and/or reflect on new evidence of a major coverup: e.g. http://911truth.org/

A part of our heart is also tempted to get angry at the needless loss of lives. This is especially true when the next war (on Iran) is being planned as evidenced by the Israeli airforce probing the newly installed air defense systems made in Russia and just recently in Iran and Syria. Haitham,

Some conspiracy theories were made in order to discredit the very idea of consipracy. Loose Change has proved to be one of these. While in the case of 9/11 I really believe in some sort of conspiracy, I don’t think Loose Change is the correct answer.

    Why not?

Look, one can’t deny that observations and even some facts presented in “Loose Change” disturbingly correlate with the events leading up to and including and after 9/11. But, it also displays the characteristics of a Michael Moore documentary, i.e. is very subjective to the authors personal beliefs, only presents evidence that proves in accordance with the documentarian’s points of perspective, and knowingly, or at least seemingly, distorts information in order to provide a “punchline”. And while I deeply applaud their efforts to find the truth, as I myself am certain that much more was involved in 9/11 than what was and is portrayed by the media propaganda that has forever followed since, and even agree with them on many of the points they make, it must be noted that other evidence exists from more reliable sources, which call into question their sources of information; that being the only substance of their suppositions. Furthermore, I do not believe that anyone, and especially amateurs, is capable of discovering the actual “truth” behind these events until more time has elapsed, more people have come forward, and more stringent and accurate investigations have taken place. So, while “Loose Change” is a good start, I recommend that you, and anyone else who has watched the film, follow their recommendations of conducting your own research and coming to your own conclusions.
