This is what the Israeli government IMPORTED:
Only a third of Israeli youths born in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) comprised of the former Soviet Union republics or whose families immigrated from there to Israel identify themselves as Israeli, according to a report published Tuesday…
“Most youths of families who arrived from the former CIS don’t see themselves as Israelis,” Messing said. “They feel rejected by Israeli-born youths and want to associate only with youth from the former CIS.”

exactly,,it is self destructive by default. Although they are trying to bring more to israel, although on a small scale, the number is decreasing.
