Settlers attack Palestinians and Human Rights Observors in Hebron

by Haitham Sabbah on 10/13/2007

The final day of the Jewish holiday of Sukkot descended into violence in Tel Rumeida, Hebron, as a group of settlers attacked local Palestinians and two international Human Rights Workers (HRWs).

A large group of settlers, many heavily intoxicated, marched their way up through the Tel Rumeida neighborhood shouting abuse at the Palestinian residents. Two international HRWs were at the scene documenting the harassment when the settler leading the march shouted to the crowd that the internationals were, "worse than the Arabs". A stone was then thrown at one of the HRW’s as the settler crowd became increasingly aggressive.

This is acceptable because Bush has said that he does not torture.
Israel follows his leadership.
They do not torture.
You just have to remember that these occupied people have to be occupied because they don’t accept their occupiers.
If they would just bow down and accept their occupation they would be much better off.
This attitude makes me sick.
This makes the US happy.
It make the Israeli Government very happy.
Democracy is lost in the US policy’s of aggression.

The Palestinians are not the natives of North America nor the Aborigines in Australia , they will fight until they get their freedom. Algerians have been occupied by france for over a century and algeria was part of the French republic , but the people fought with courage and kicked France OUT . Omar AL Moukhtar Fought the Italians out of Libya etc..et.c…… they will continue , if only they get rid of traitors who are slowing them down , like Abbas, Fayyad , Dahlan Amro , Erekat …

fatima,
I was being facetious.
Israel is wrong.
I am trying to play with words to tell the world about how Israel is occupying Palestinian lands for over 40 years.
Sorry if you thought that I supported Israel.
I don’t.
