UK police apparently digitally manipulated pix of man they shot to look like bomber

[Guardian Unlimited] A composite picture comparing Jean Charles de Menezes with Hussain Osman, one of the men who tried to bomb London’s transport network on July 21 2005, was dishonestly manipulated, a court was told today.

The image, produced to illustrate how similar the two men were in appearance, was shown to jurors at the Old Bailey by lawyers for the Metropolitan police.
