And these people are telling us that Iran is the “evil” empire?
    Give me a break.
OBL is no worse than Bush and the Fox Network.
The US Government created the opposition to the US by Islam because of their aggressions against Islam.
The West is still fighting the Crusades.
They still think this is Christianity against Islam!
    It is not.
This is about Christianity fighting a loosing battle against a true religion of peace.
All they have created are radicals trying to destroy them.
If they would only go back to their true roots, they would find a common ground to work with Islam.
Just an opinion from a non-believer.

Please please PLEASE don’t think that Fox represents the entire United States. Only the really gullible and/or uneducated half. We rational folks are working on them. It’s an uphill battle.

I totally agree with you and trying my best to help here in educating some of those “gullible and/or uneducated half”.

Fox Newzi is one of the foremost warmongers for an attack on Iran. Here is a blogger that shows what Bush/Cheney would be attacking and destroying.

I for one agree with French historian Emmanuel Todd who thinks that it is legitimate for Iran to acquire nuclear weapons to create a balance of power in the region.

Acck Fox Noise! The sad thing is, Americans who watch Fox Noise are most misinformed about the war in Iraq and Middle Eastern issues in general. There was a report done during the year of the invasion in Iraq. I know it’s old, but it’s probably still very accurate.

    Yeah, I’m not surprised.

I have a confession, I watch FOX news in the evening. You might think I’m crazy but I want to know what they are saying, because every day they come up with so many new whoppers and the only way to know what they are is to watch them yourself. On a historical note, 69 years ago today the Orson Welles radio program “War of the Worlds” aired which sent thousands into a panic-looking for the Martians which had landed OR in the tense years leading up to WWII that perhaps it was the Germans who had landed. I think of FOX news as a perpetual “War of the Worlds”, actors on stage spewing out falsehoods and the Americans who have chosen to glom onto this fear as eager listeners, only this time it’s the “Islamo-fascists” which are going to land. Better yet they’re here already and we must be on constant alert. Every Muslim/Arab/Martian is suspect and be sure to vote for the right Martian slayer!

    Robin,

I don’t think we have to worry about you watching Fox Noise (as SakuraPassion correctly described it) :-)

    SakuraPassion and bernarda,

    Thanks for sharing the links.
