Sport cars are not enough. Ferrari-branded goodies are expanding. After the sunglasses, perfumes, laptops, etc… Now it's taking on Disneyland with its own theme park. The doors will open in 2009 in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates.

A large slice of desert on the island of Yas will be reclaimed to host the park, which will include 24 attractions, including a 70-metre high G-Force Tower and what's claimed to be the world's first F1-branded twin rollercoaster ride, allowing races between carriages.

What else will be there? This is a massive scheme, including a motor racing circuit destined to host the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in 2009, posh hotels, apartments, villas, a golf course and marina, dozens of restaurants and shops… you get the idea.
The whole thing is going to cost around £300 million.

They are the only people left (except the 1% of americans) left to afford a Ferrari.
looks interesting, but feels a little over the top. but hey, i guess thats what they were aiming for.
Wow.. interesting looking.. Those Italians are surely wanting to put their mark in Abu Dhabi.
Proud to b UAE2, the asians are not there because they love you, they are there because your KING (monarchies are against ISLAM) said they can be there. They do the work that lazy butts like you are too lazy and stupid to do. Tell me, do you know how to make you own bed? Do you know how to fix your own sink? Do you know how to wipe food from the floor? The asians should have a works stoppage all across Dubai, and then see what happens to your country. Will you be willing to do pick up where they left off? You racist. You people are FAR FROM ISLAM…
O People,
Lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year, I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying to you very carefully and take these words to those who could not be present here today.
O People,
Just as you regard this month, this day, this city as sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that He will indeed reckon your deeds. Allah has forbidden you to take usury (interest, Arabic: Riba); therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived. Your capital, however, is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity.
Allah has Judged that there shall be no usury and that all interest due to Abbas Ibn Abd al Muttalib (the Prophet's uncle) shall henceforth be waived.
Beware of Satan for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big sins, so beware of following him in small sins.
Fear Allah concerning women ! Verily you have taken them on the security of Allah, and intercourse with them has been made lawful unto you by words of Allah. You too have right over them, and that they should not allow anyone to sit on your bed whom you do not like. But if they do that, you can chastise them but not severely. Their rights upon you are that you should provide them with food and clothing in a fitting manner. [1]
O People,
Listen to me in earnest, worship Allah, say your five daily prayers (Salah), fast during the month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you can afford to.
All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black, nor a black has any superiority over a white – except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim, which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not therefore, do injustice to yourselves.
Remember one day you will appear before Allah and answer for your deeds. So beware, do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.
O People,
No prophet or apostle will come after me and no new faith will be born. Reason well therefore, O people, and understand words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the Quran and the Sunnah, and if you follow these you will never go astray. All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listened to me directly.
Be my witness, O Allah, that I have conveyed your message to your people.
Why is it that every development that comes up has to include hotels, shopping malls and all other usual bullshit.
The sport city in dubai is also same along with the Sports Grounds it is going to have hotel, malls etc etc.
We dont need so many god damn malls, and living places. The earnings stay the same and they build more hotels and shit who is going to stay there GHOSTS??
Theme park is nice go with the the idea but cut the crap about malls and shit. We already have gazillions of malls everywhere.
Try to do one thing proper rather then many things and none of them being good at what they are meant for..
It is interesting to know for Italian branded vehicle, the Ferrari theme park has to be in Abu Dhabi, but I may be able to understand this selection for this Ferrari-Branded ‘goodies’, since it IS aiming correctly on Abu Dhabi as one of the “a little over the top†market class.
It going to be amazing
