Dershowitz has been brazenly lying since at least as far back as 1973. In his 1973 exchange with Noam Chomsky in the pages of the Boston Globe, he transparently falsified a court decision, as can be verified by anyone who reads the correspondence.

Alan Dershowitz was pointing out that torture does sometimes produce accurate information, so the idea that torture does not produce accurate information should not be used as an argument against it.

Our laws prohibit the use of torture by our armed forces. Furthermore, there is no moral justification to use torture on someone who has not been convicted of any wrongdoing. That is the argument against torture.

hmmmmm isnt that funny? Harvard (and Yale) is a known nucleus for the secret society Skull and Bones which Bush and Kerry as well as just about all presidents were frat members…is Gershowitz a member too..will he even acknowledge its existence??
I am Canadian and truly feel sorry for the American people and pray that Canada can remain far enough away from the same evil influences that the U.S. must endure…

My first recommendation would be to dissolve the Federal Reserve bank
and wholly financially support thru legislation the Chase bank which is the only non jewish owned bank in the Fed reserve…
