In Gaza Strip, children, elderly men and women are being killed day by day. All people are suffering from the Israeli collective punishment. From the depth of death and darkness, from the depth of drastic inhuman siege, Gazans sing for peace, freedom and ending siege.
Two Young youths seek peace and ending siege through singing! Hatem and Naseem, living under the siege made this song to tell the world some of the hard conditions facing Palestinians in Gaza. The disastrous outcomes of this siege are obvious violations of international charters, human rights conventions and the 4 Geneva protocols in particular in addition to the international declaration of human rights.

Is there a way to write to Hatem and Naseem? I’m a writer and musician, and for a benefit concert for Gaza in my city in the US I am singing some songs I’ve written - all are about the West Bank, I am composing one for Gaza very different from Hatem and Naseen’s but I’d like to sing their song and write some additional verses. The situation is even worse now than when they wrote it. I would like their permission to add to it, anyone is free to use my words who wants to, but I don’t know if the original song-writers want people adding to their song and singing it.
