Answer : Yes, religion never tell us to hate these people, but in Islam, in order to show them our love and support, we need to CORRECT them and then to LOVE them. It is not just to love them without thinking about their fate on the hereafter.

Perhaps, some Muslim didn’t find true ways to correct them. I also hate the bombing and murdering, but in true Islamic teaching, we are told by our Prophet to be good to others.

Our prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) told that, the life of non-Muslims who live in the country governed by the Muslim leader should be protected as we protect the life of other Muslims.

2.”Did God create something bad ?”

Answer : Do you ever stumbled upon a proverb like this “every cloud has a silver lining” ? Every bad things has the good things behind them.

Assuming that you are a motivator or a teacher. One day, your students got a FAIL grade in his/her exam. You, as a responsible teacher and motivator will keep motivate him/her right ? Is the FAIL grade bad for your student ? “Yes”, he/she will said that. Is the grade bad for you ? “No”, you said.

Because you knew that mistakes is not a bad things as it is the part of the learning process. You knew that your students will gain more experiences in facing the exam. He/she can reduce the mistakes when you appoint what is right and what is wrong.

Finish with the analogy… the bad things really exist as a trial to people in order to change their life to be better next time.

If we believed the Bible as the word of God, we need to think a while, why the story contradict with each other ? Supposely, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD ALMIGHTY TO FORGET ABOUT THE FACT such as the age of Jehoiachin, as the God must gain the highest standard and knows everything about His creation.

II Samuel 24 : 13

So Gad came to David, and told him and said unto him, “Shall SEVEN YEARS OF FAMINE” come unto thee in thy hand ? Or wilt thou flee three months-before thine enemies, while they pursue thee ?”

I Chronicles 21 : 11

Did God according to bible can forget the fact that He created the famine ? Which one is true ? ASSUMING that I do not know about this fact. Which one will you consider as the true fact ?

Adam was created from the spirit of God + the clay, yet you didn’t call him as the son of God. Furthermore, he got nothing to be called as father and mother. So, if we think logically, Adam has more advantage and priority to be called as the SON OF GOD. But you never said that.

I just want to say that “I’m confused with your statement”. In your statement recently, you just simply put a standard to the God Almighty as the same level as the Sun which He Himself created. What do you mean exactly by the trinity concept ? And, please tell me in which part of the Bible stated about the trinity concept ? As I knew through my studied, Jesus never claimed that God has been in three form. Jesus just said, “Worship God, Your Lord and My Lord”.

My question…Which one is the true statement ? Why there are contradiction in these statement ?

I want to answer the question that you threw towards Sayfallah regarding the Holy Spirit. In Islam, the Holy Spirit means the angel Gabriel. This angel came to mary to delivered the news from God Almighty that She will get a son called Jesus.

Islam and Christianity are so close in their faiths that they should be the same.

Yes they are, and if I may add, Judaism too. These three religions are the only three religions that the ‘One God” has inspired to mankind over thousands of years. The three of them share a lot, and the basic and most important thing they share is the believe in ‘One God’.

Over three thousand years, the mankind interpretation of these religions made them look different, but the essence is the same.

Why they fight? This is where the devil activity shows. Who is more evil? The mankind interpretation, not the religion, and obviously not God.

To give you an example of mankind interpretation: Bush thinks of himself a prophet and that God talked to him and asked him to invade the Arabian land. Bin Laden interpretation that everyone is a sinner and should be killed, including ‘Muslims’ who don’t agree with him. And last but not least, Zionism with Jewish mask which gives them the right to kill everyone and anyone to steal Palestinians because God gave them permission to live in it over three thousand years ago.

God give the directions and mankind have the choice where to go and how to achieve it.

With all respect, your comparison is shallow and indicates that you know little about Christianity. I don’t claim to be a professional, but I did my own humble study of religions (mainly Islam, Christianity and Judaism) for about 8 years and I can tell you very honestly that what they teach us (Muslims) about other religions is very misleading and over exaggerated.

Anyway, this is not the right place or post to discuss religions and compare them, but let me tell you one thing to simplify it. Christianity is not believing in three ‘God’, but one God in three forms. Let me give you an example, Sun!

The Sun could be seen as the Father, the light can be seen as Christ, and the heat can be seen as the Holy Spirit. So you have them sharing in the exact same essence or substance, yet different in relation to one another and in function. Yet the Sun, Light, and Heat have one common purpose to nurture the earth as do the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit have the one common purpose of sharing its glory with mankind.

Hope this help in understanding how much alike are religions. Keep in mind that Islam/Quran confirms that Jesus was born from the Holy Spirit. Can you tell me what is the Holy Spirit mentioned in Quran other than God?
