It’s contemptuous of fundamental human rights. It believes Jews are God’s chosen people. It thinks Arabs are subhumans. It favors eliminating them altogether. War is its instrument of choice.
Washington again was venue. A rogue’s gallery of participants attended. Warmongering speeches were featured. AIPAC does it annually. It disseminates disinformation, lies and hate.

Whenever Israel’s supporters today speak of a “special relationship” with the US that is supposedly graven in stone, it is useful to remember that something very different existed when Israel came into existence in 1948 on the gutted carcass of Palestine. The US recognized Israel, but that was about it. Hollywood was (and remains) largely a Jewish preserve, but their level of influence elsewhere – in the government, the media and academia – was limited. Prominent American Jews felt no obligation to endorse Israel or Israeli leaders, no matter what happened. Dozens (including Albert Einstein) signed a letter published in the New York Times in 1948 protesting the arrival of Menachem Begin and condemning his actions. And the general American public was largely indifferent to what happened in the Middle East.
There may not be a magic bullet to end the Zionist domination of the American political process, but in Chuck Hagel, we got a dud. I do not regret supporting him at the beginning, but I wish he had shown more fortitude as the process degenerated — admittedly a lot to ask, but then the position to which he was nominated cries out for someone like that, which it has not had for many years. Well, perhaps next time — if there is one — it’ll be a Marine in his place.

Until and unless we eradicate injustice, we have no reason to know beauty, for all that we create is tainted by that injustice pretending all is well with our world. Truth does not exist if injustice surrounds us and we are silent in our complicity. Proclaiming moral virtue in a world awash in crimes against humanity is condoning the crimes unless we act to eradicate the crimes.
If you call yourself “the Jewish State” (even though it’s really a Zionist state), and tell everybody it’s the “Jewish Homeland” and hide behind the Jewish faith, your crimes will inevitably reflect badly on ‘the Jews’, or Jewish people generally. So how is this new language rule going to work? In what circumstances, exactly, mustn’t David Ward or other Liberal Democrats use that dreaded phrase ‘the Jews’?

The lens of reality is not one used by mainstream American media, unfortunately, and so the Palestinian internment progresses largely unchecked. At the end of the day the Israelis will go on governing themselves. What’s worse is that Netanyahu will be forced, as usual, to form a coalition within the Knesset and will likely align with the ultraconservative rather than move to the center. Palestinians live without autonomy in a land that was originally theirs, ever heard this storyline before?

A lot had been written about last week’s Israeli election. This election has been a personal blow to Netanyahu, but not to the right. Netanyahu misread the public mood, but not on the central issues that should define the left-right divide in Israel: the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and decades of belligerent Israeli occupation. Far from a collapse of the right, the election demonstrated that the right is continuing to push the center of political gravity ever further rightwards.
If truth be told, it did not take “a few years” for the Jews to inflict “unbelievable levels of persecution” on the indigenous people of Mandate Palestine; the persecution began in earnest in 1939 against the British, the British Mandate Government established in 1922 by the League of Nations to maintain order and peace in Palestine. The Zionists undertook “a war against the British Mandate Government, its Police and Soldiers” while it lobbied and subverted the MP’s in Westminster with propaganda and money.
In effect, Hagel imbibed, adopted, and swallowed Israel’s laundry list of demands. NOTHING BUT ISRAEL is the concern of Jewish Americans in and out of government, the rest of the world can go to hell. Hagel lost and sold his soul, honor, dignity, self respect, courage, and principles to a powerful minority to secure a government job.
The UK Liberal Democrats track record is one of gutlessness and hypocrisy. They have the oldest Friends of Israel setup in the British parliament and now are in coalition with the Conservative Party, 80 percent of whose MPs are said be signed-up Friends of Israel. What an appalling bunch of people, this admiration society who promote the ambitions of some of the worst criminals on the planet.
David Ward MP: “Having visited Auschwitz twice – once with my family and once with local schools – I am saddened that the Jews, who suffered unbelievable levels of persecution during the Holocaust, could within a few years of liberation from the death camps be inflicting atrocities on Palestinians in the new State of Israel and continue to do so on a daily basis in the West Bank and Gaza.”
Israelis have themselves to blame. They elected Israel’s most extremist government in history. Militarism, belligerence, state-sponsored terrorism, occupation ruthlessness, settlement expansions, and neoliberal harshness reflect official policy.
Peace is a non-starter. A so-called process never existed and doesn’t now. Israel won’t tolerate it. Netanyahu scorns it. He calls it a waste of time.
Zionism was to be the cure for “anti-Semitism” and the savior of Jews; however it turned out to be the Jews’ greatest threat and nightmare. So much for God’s “Promised Land” to the Jews. If God himself gave Palestine to the Jews (of yester years, not those of today) wouldn’t every Jew immigrate to the Promised Land and fulfill and obey God’s command and promise?
Obviously not. The majority of Jews rejected God’s covenant and promise preferring the capitalistic success and power they have in western nations, none more so than in the Jewish compliant U.S.
In fact more Jews are leaving Israel than are entering it.
Can you imagine two American politician race to do a “one-upsmanship on who is more pro-China?” Of course you can’t because this will never happen. But why is it OK if politicians are pro-Israel? Have the Americans lost their minds? How do they allow Israel Firster’s so called American politicians and policy makers to declare their loyalty to a foreign state and can be counted on to put interests of Israel in front of America’s?
Concomitant with these rumours is the Egyptian government’s and the opposition’s race to please the United States and its Zionist lobby. While the very same Issam al-Aryan spoke about the tragedy of the Jewish holocaust while in the US on a Muslim Brotherhood promotional trip in May 2011, the naïve and charisma-less Mohamed el-Baradei upped the ante by telling a German newspaper that elected Salafi and Brotherhood members of parliament should not be trusted to draft the Egyptian constitution because they allegedly deny the holocaust!
Khaled Abu Toameh is symbiotically linked to some of Israel’s and the United States’ most right-wing, anti-Arab and neo-conservative bodies. One of these is The Jerusalem Report, which comes under the corporate umbrella of the Israeli right-wing Jerusalem Post Group.
According to Wikipedia, Abu Toameh is listed as a speaker for the Hasbara Fellowships, an organization that brings students to Israel and trains them to be effective pro-Israel activists on college campuses. The Fellowship in fact brought him to more than a dozen talks at various university campuses.
The “Jewish Lobby” has such power and influence on the U.S. government; one only needs to read the main reason U.S. Senators, mostly Republicans vying for a piece of the Democrats Jewish subsidy, are opposing the nomination of Senator Chuck Hagel for Secretary of Defense.
According to a leading opponent of the nomination, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who appeared on CNN (Jan. 6) explaining his opposition by saying Senator Hagel “is very antagonistic to the State of Israel”.
What the Hell? Israel – Senator Hagel is nominated by President Obama for Secretary of Defense of the United States, not Israel.

Just as the blood of righteous Abel cried out from the ground and brought testimony with judgment against Cain for the murder of his brother. So shall the blood of the innocents condemn the networks comprising the Zionist – US collaboration for global domination; as giving way is considered and conceded to “The Breath of Hope.”
Mr. President, it is shocking, bewildering, incredulous, and tragically disappointing that American citizens should have to resort to a petition asking you to serve America’s national interest by nominating the incredibly qualified Senator Chuck Hagel for Secretary of Defense and, for once, stand up to Israel and its Jewish cabal and lobbies, such as AIPAC, ADL, and the American Jewish Committee, who are smearing and assaulting an honorable American to pressure you to withdraw him from consideration as has been reported in Israel.

Discussing the potential new Defense Secretary, Chuck Hagel, and the highly-celebrated pro-torture film, “Zero Dark Thirty,” on MSNBC’s “Up with Chris Hayes.”
“John Kerry will never do anything to compromise (Israel’s) security.” He’s committed to a “special relationship.” His support for Israel is “unwavering.” He always believed that America “must stand solidly behind Israel at the UN and other international organizations.” He favors moving America’s embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. He’s “Israel’s Man at State.”
Obama’s decision, expected very soon, about whether or not to nominate Hagel will give us the first significant indication since his re-election of whether or not he is going to continue to dance to Zionism’s tune or, as Hagel might put it, continue to be intimidated by its lobby.
Murdoch’s efforts to put his own man in the White House failed because Petraeus decided he did not want to run for office. Most major US news outlets either ignored the story or downplayed its significance. Most likely reason for the US media’s aversion to the story is that it poses a danger to the Matrix-like wall of static interference generated by precisely the same media, which successfully conceals the all-too-cosy relationship between the corporations (that own the media) and the country’s politicians.
