Clarity of justifications fails into obscurity when the question is raised, “What is it Israel is defending itself from or what is it being defended?” Political alphabet of the Protocols thereby being, immaculately executed through the ruse, “Israeli Rights to Defend Themselves Argument.”
The Israeli government knows that it cannot be forthright and say that it wants Americans to go to war with Iran so that Israel can steal southern Lebanon. But if fear over nonexistent nukes can muster the Western populations to support an attack on Iran, Iran can be eliminated as Hizbollah’s supplier, and Israel can steal the water from Lebanon.

Iran poses a great threat to Zionist terrorist state of Israel. Iran poses even greater threat to the present hegemonic world order controlled by the Western power elite through their financial institutions and the undemocratic United Nation with all its many branches. He exceeds the worst of Ariel Sharon and previous hardline leaders. He’s an embarrassment to democratic governance. He should have been kept out of New York instead of let in. He should be locked up for humanity’s sake. He deplores peace. He’s all take and no give. He calls diplomacy a four-letter word. He turns a blind eye to equity and justice. He’s contemptuous of human and civil rights. He maliciously calls Iran’s peaceful nuclear program an existential threat.
The major U.S. news media continues its biased coverage of the Israel-Iran standoff, tilting consistently in favor of Israel, in part, by ignoring Israel’s actual nuclear arsenal and hyping Iran’s hypothetical one. Even a rare wrist-slap from the Washington Post’s ombudsman has had no effect, writes Robert Parry.
Uri Avnery argues that the Israeli premier’s and defence minister’s reactions to the UN and Egyptian leaders’ participation in the Tehran non-aligned summit demonstrate their ideological fixations, mental outlook and low intelligence.
