A Visit to Fatah’s Torture Chamber

Monday, June 25th, 2007

A building formerly occupied by Fatah’s intelligence service in Gaza was long notorious for torture and execution. Now Hamas is in control — and is letting former inmates visit the chamber of horrors. The cells are small, perhaps six feet by six feet, with only an overhead lamp to provide light. The toilet is [...]

Kidnappers of BBC reporter afraid to release him

Monday, June 25th, 2007

Hamas blames PA officials for interfering in British hostage case and alleged that officials from the Palestinian Authority in Ramallah coaxed British hostage kidnappers not to release him. “We have monitored calls coming from Ramallah telling the kidnappers not to release the hostage, so Hamas won’t get credit for it,” Abu Zahri claimed.

Israel grant Abbas $1 billion only if Fatah kills Hamas

Saturday, June 23rd, 2007

Maan News report that Israel will provide Abbas with up to $1 billion so Fatah can kill Hamas.

This is nothing but the first drop from the “aid flood” from Israel, U.S. and international community. But for what? For Palestinians to kill Palestinians:

Bethlehem - Ma’an – The Israeli authorities have announced that Israel intends to transfer [...]

West chooses Fatah, but Palestinians don’t

Thursday, June 21st, 2007

They prefer Hamas, which represents an alternative to Fatah’s acceptance of the Israeli occupation.

By Saree Makdisi

IN THE WEST, there’s a huge sense of relief. The Hamas-led government that has been causing everyone so much trouble has been isolated in Gaza, and a new government has been appointed in the West Bank by the “moderate,” peace-loving [...]

Tuesday, June 19th, 2007

Not one, not two, welcome to ‘three-state’ solution!

Friday, June 15th, 2007

Gaza Strip - Friday: one day after Hamas seized control there after more than 100 (other reports say over 200) people were killed, many of them execution style (by Fatah and Hamas), and it’s not over yet. The green flag of Hamas flies over government buildings in Gaza now, at least in front of those [...]

Abbas, Hamas, Dahlan, and the PA should go to hell

Friday, June 15th, 2007

The bloody fight has spread from street to street and from one house to another. Rockets are falling from everywhere on innocent civilians, destroying their houses over their heads. During the last few weeks over 200 Palestinians were killed, and over 400 were injured, many are in critical conditions. Dozens of Hamas and Fatah members [...]
