This picture of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu laying down the law to the US Congress is not just a portent of things to come. It is, in fact, a portrait of who really runs US foreign policy.

While many Americans were watching Oprah or worrying about steroids ruining baseball, Israel assumed control of our government. The picture of Netanyahu lecturing Congress, was orchestrated by Republican House Speaker John Boehner with the help of all those other Zionist politicians we elected to office in campaigns financed by the Israel Lobby.

Two things stand out about the cheering Congressional mob that greeted the Prime Minister's series of lies and distortions:

One, the American media accepted this insult to the current American president with barely a whimper of protest. Their real leader had spoken and who are they to say otherwise.

Two, the Congress cheered statements about which they were either ignorant, or had been warned by leaders of both parties, not to disagree.

In case you were watching American Idol during the speech, you should know that this intruder to the podium of our Congress was actually cheered when he asserted that:

There is no occupation of Palestinian land because "in Judea and Samaria [better known except to biblical literalists, as the West Bank], Israelis are not foreign occupiers". They are, Netanyahu obviously wants us to believe, the native inhabitants.

Would that explain Israel's building of that Great Wall to separate Israel Proper from the land of Judea and Samaria? That wall looks biblical. Netanyahu cited Abraham in his speech to the Congress as a rationale for Israel's claim to occupied land. Could that Wall come tumbling down with a few well placed toots on a horn?

Is Sarah Palin writing Netanyahu's speeches? Talk about your distortion of history. Geeze. Has there ever been a surrender moment more filled with fantasy?

The sight of a right-wing Zionist leader standing at the podium normally reserved for American presidents, and harshly repudiating the current president, was sad in the extreme.

We could only hope that Barack Obama, this son of Kenya and Kansas, would respond to this insult to him and to his nation, with a repudiation of Bibi's speech.

Alas, it was not to be. Instead, we get this depressing report about a little-noticed new addition to the White House web site. The announcement came after the Prime Minister's speech, not from the New York Times, but from Philip Weiss, co-founder of Mondoweiss. The White House site may be accessed here.

The Obama White House has unfurled a new web-page, it's called "Advancing Israel's Security and Supporting Peace." It's obviously geared toward appeasing the lobby.

There is one reference to the status quo being "unsustainable," but all references to Palestinians are calls on them to advance peace and [halt] terrorism. Most of the site is about Israel's security. Iran has a whole section. The word "settlements" is not mentioned. 1967 is mentioned.

Talk about "walking back" from the firm focus President Obama put on the 1967 borders in his recent speeches, consider how the White House's "we love Israel" web page explains the border's reference:

"[T]he parties themselves will negotiate a border that is different than the one that existed on June 4, 1967 to account for the changes that have taken place over the last 44 years..."

Translation: Not to worry, you holders of the big dollars we need for reelection. We love what you have done with the occupied property since you stole it 44 years ago. We see no reason to make changes. Who's your decorator?

It is not as though we did not know this total capitulation to Israel was coming. Many people knew and tried to warn us.

An important early warning signal is found in the work of Jewish historian Simha Flapan, who knew exactly what Israel had in mind. He gave the details in his remarkably prophetic 1987 book, The Birth of Israel: Myths and Realities.

Flapan died, in Tel Aviv, on April 13, 1987, just as his book was going to press. The book is now, unfortunately, out of print (Amazon offers a rare new paperback copy for $89.99, and a few used copies for much less). It remains one of the most significant documents to emerge from that small band of Jewish writers who labored in the 1970s and 80s to sound the alarm about Israel's plans for the conquest of all of Palestine.

I own a treasured paperback copy of The Birth of Israel. Flapan is, for me, a mentor and a writer I often turn to when his prophecies become especially pertinent. Richard Falk wrote this on the book's cover: "A work of extraordinary integrity and of great significance for all those who favor a humane peace in the Middle East."

Early in his book, Flapan described the mindset of the Israeli people. Notice his reference to "atomic" capability.

Even though Israel has the most sophisticated army in the region and possesses an advanced atomic capability, it continues to regard itself in terms of the Holocaust, as the victim of an unconquerable, bloodthirsty enemy. Thus whatever Israelis do, whatever means we employ to guard our gains or to increase them, we justify as last-ditch self-defense. We can, therefore, do no wrong. The myths of Israel forged during the formation of the state have hardened into this impenetrable, and dangerous, ideological shield.

That shield, now firmly established in the US, has been so effective that when Netanyahu declared victory before the US Congress, the members stood and cheered. And the American media assumed, from behind their "ideological shield", that the speech was nothing more than "business as usual".

Of course, since Netanyahu is not a native-born American citizen, he cannot be elected president of the United States. (He graduated from a Pennsylvania high school, but that does not count.) There are, however, a few notable candidates from both American political parties ready to swear their dual allegiance to the US and Israel and run for the office of the Leader of the Free World.

There is Sarah Palin, who is easily manipulated by advisors. She loves Israel. And there is a more serious Democratic candidate, the newly-elected Mayor of Chicago, a fellow named Rahm Emanuel, whose parents are native-born Israelis. Emanuel, himself, has a American birth certificate, so he is good to go in 2016.

Matter of fact, Emanuel has issued his first major campaign speech for that campaign. It was published in the Washington Post, which is working hard to replace the New York Times as the leading Zionist newspaper in the US.

Here is the start of Emanuel's column, which praises both Obama and the native land of Emanuel's parents, the country for which the new mayor served a brief stint as a volunteer in the Israel Defense Forces, at the time of the Iraq war.

Days into my tenure as mayor of Chicago, with my focus on keeping our city's streets safe, our schools strong and our finances stabilized, I expected my attention to be in the Midwest, not in the Middle East. But as an American and the son of an Israeli immigrant, I have a deep, abiding commitment to the survival, security and success of the state of Israel.

I am among the many who know that the Israeli people yearn for peace. They have taken risks for peace in spite of dangers. They will again, when they have a viable partner in the process and a region that recognizes a Jewish state of Israel with secure and defensible borders.

Emanuel's Post column was ostensibly a pean of praise for President Obama, the man whom the new Mayor served as Chief of Staff. As he wrote in the column, as a new mayor, his focus should now be on keeping the "city's streets safe, our schools strong and our finances stabilized".

Worthy goals, all, but then, notice that in his debut column he is writing not for his current hometown paper, but for the hometown paper of the White House.

The column will serve as a reminder to those generous donors who share his love for Israel. Those names are, no doubt, nestled safely in Emanuel's Blackberry. It was in 1983 that I first saw an early version of those names. Rahm kept them in an ancient device we called the Rolodex.

At the time, I was Paul Simon's campaign manager in his first US Senate primary race. The 23-year-old Emanuel was our campaign's resident AIPAC representative, paid, not by AIPAC (which, as a non-profit organization, does not make direct financial political contributions) nor by the Simon campaign, since I had refused to authorize payment, but by some of those generous donors whose names were in that Rolodex.

And now, just think, the journey that started in the Simon 1983-84 campaign office, could finally end with Rahm Emanuel standing where Benjamin Netanyahu stood during the 2011 surrender ceremonies. Ain't history grand?

Update note: At the suggestion of an alert reader, I have decided to stop referring to the Prime Minister of Israel by his nickname, "Bibi". The reader pointed out that my use of the Prime Minister's nickname implied that we were best buddies. We are not.

On March 23, the Chicago Tribune presented one of its periodic reports on overseas travel by Chicago area members of the US Congress. The country most often visited? Israel.

The Tribune's interest was primarily on what motivated the trips. Were they junkets to resorts or would something really be learned by actually visiting other nations?

Trips to Israel are not junkets. They are described as "educational seminars".

The report revealed that US Senator Dick Durbin made 14 overseas trips in 2009-2010. He did not, however, visit Israel. No need, Durbin has been one of Israel's strongest allies in Congress since he first won the House seat previously held by Paul Findley.

Illinois' junior senator, former House member Mark Kirk, did go to Israel in 2009-2010, as did one other Republican, House member Peter Roskam, now occupying the seat formerly held by Henry Hyde. All other Chicago area members who traveled to Israel in 2009-2010, were Democrats, members who were either new or in need of some additional education on the Israeli narrative. These members were Debbie Halvorson, Daniel Lipinski, Jesse Jackson, Jr, Mike Quigley. Melissa Bean, and Bill Foster.

Jackson is the son of Jesse Sr. and Quigley now holds the seat once occupied by former Obama chief of staff, and Chicago's new mayor, Rahm Emanuel, who needs no introduction to travel to Israel. Three of those six Democrats lost their seats in 2010: Halverson, Bean and Foster. Mark Kirk has left the House for the Senate where he occupies Barack Obama's old seat.

The organization that funded, planned, organized and directed the trips to Israel in 2009-2010 was the American Israel Education Foundation, a tax-exempt affiliate of AIPAC.

We will hear more from AIPAC May 20-21, when AIPAC conducts its annual Policy Conference in Washington. Since presidential primaries are less than a year away, this year's conference should attract every living Republican presidential candidate and a large majority of the members of Congress, including some members who have recently traveled to Israel.

One recent traveler was former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. Governor Palin was escorted on her visit to the Old City of Jerusalem by Western Wall Rabbi Shmuel Rabinovitz (left in photo here) and Israeli lawmaker Danny Danon (right) as she emerged from the Western Wall tunnels in Jerusalem's Old City, March 20. The closest Palin got to the West Bank was to the checkpoint between Jerusalem and Bethlehem.

Also expected to be on hand for the May AIPAC conference will be Israeli officials, beginning with Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, pictured above addressing the 2010 Policy Conference.

In John J. Mearsheimer's latest book, Why Leaders Lie: The Truth About Lying in International Politics, he examines the importance of national narratives.

Mearsheimer is the other half of the team (with Steve Walt) that wrote the book, The Israel Lobby, which made such an impact on the formerly impenetrable Iron Wall that protects the "Israel narrative as the only truth" in American culture.

Mearsheimer writes that elites create and dominate "a nation's discourse", a version of the state's founding and ongoing purpose that is a mixture of deliberate lies and patriotic enthusiasm. They do so for two reasons: False stories about the past "help create a powerful sense of nationhood, which is essential for building and maintaining a viable nation-state."

In particular, these fictions help give members of a national group the sense that they are part of a noble enterprise which they should not only be proud of, but for which they should be willing to endure significant hardships, including fighting and dying if necessary.

These dominating elites first develop the myths, and then control each succeeding generation through internal education that constantly reinforces the myth of the nation's founding. In the US, think the Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Presidents' Day.

The internet-inspired uprisings in the Arab world is a concern to the Israeli authorities, as an increasing number of younger Jews in Israel have joined hands with Palestinians in protests and demonstrations against Israel's current right wing government with its tight control and denigration of Palestinians.

Ilan Pappe, the Jewish scholar who literally wrote the book on Israel's ethnic cleansing of Palestine, wrote in the March 22 issue of the political newsletter Counterpunch, that the current Israeli government has been rapidly expanding its "apartheid laws" against Palestinians inside Israel and in the Occupied Territories.

The most recent apartheid law passed by Israel's Knesset "allows Jewish settlements built on state land inside Israel not to admit Israeli Palestinian citizens as residents and legalizes the wish of these new settlers not to sell land to the Palestinians citizens of the state."

This is one of many such laws passed recently (the loyalty oath law that turns the Palestinians in Israel to second class citizens by law and one which does not allow them to live with their Palestinians spouses from the occupied territories are two of the more famous apartheid laws passed recently).

The new law, like the previous others, institutionalize the Apartheid State of Israel, or for short, ASOI.

ASOI is now one of worst apartheid regimes in the world. It controls almost all of Palestine (apart from Gaza which it imprisoned hermetically since 2005). . . .

Its policies against the discriminated native population, now composing nearly half of the overall population in ASOI, include atrocities such as barring people from using water sources, from cultivating their fields, building more houses, from getting to work, schools or universities and it bans them from commemorating their history and in particular the 1948 Nakba.

This treatment of a sizable minority of Israeli citizens and Palestinians in the OPT, is an affront to the national myth of Israel as a righteous democracy. The national myth is being exposed as a fraud by the actions of its leaders.

This, in turn, makes it even more imperative that the national Israeli myth be reinforced in other nations.

John Mearsheimer points out any new state must look for support and alliances with those nations who have within their borders "an influential diaspora" to which the new state (in this case, Israel) can export and reinforce its national founding myth. The best example of this phenomenon involves Israel and the American Jewish community.

There was no way that the Zionists could create a Jewish state in Palestine without doing large-scale ethnic cleansing of the Arab population that had been living there for centuries. This point was widely recognized by the Zionist leadership well before Israel was created.

The opportunity to expel the Palestinian came in early 1948 when fighting broke out between the Palestinians and the Zionists in wake of the UN decision to partition Palestine into two states. The Zionists cleansed roughly 700,000 Palestinians from the land that became Israel, and adamantly refused to let them return to their homes once the fighting stopped. . . .

Not surprisingly, Israel and its American friends went to great lengths after the events of 1948 to blame the expulsion of the Palestinians on the victims themselves. According to the myth that was invented, the Palestinians were not cleansed by the Zionists; instead, they were said to have fled their homes because the surrounding Arab counties told them to move out so that their armies could move in and drive the Jews into the sea.

The movie industry has been a reliable diaspora ally. Movies shape a culture, reinforcing the control that AIPAC, which is the American diaspora command center, has over US media, politicians and churches.

At the slightest sign that any narrative contrary to the Israel narrative might emerge in a film, AIPAC and its media allies go into their first line of attack: This Film is Not Yet Balanced. That usually frightens away film makers and distributors, until now.

Miramax, a company with an advertising budget ample enough to cover a two page ad in the New York Times, has entered the game. Miramax also has the media outreach to place directors and stars of films it is promoting into such outlets as the Charlie Rose television interview program. Miramax has won four best picture Academy Award Oscars, including its most recent winner, The King's Speech.

Miramax is distributing the new film Miral in North America. Is it possible that Miral, which has just opened in New York and Los Angeles, might emerge as the film with the power to threaten the decades old power of Exodus? Probably not, but the Israeli government and its US allies are taking no chances.

Freida Pinto, (shown at right) who was introduced to world audiences in Slumdog Millionaire, plays Miral in the film.

What makes Miral such a threat to Israel's narrative myth is that Miral begins with the Deir Yassin massacre and ends by commemorating the history of the Palestinian people and the Nakba.

Sandy Tolan, an associate professor at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at USC and the author of The Lemon Tree: An Arab, a Jew, and the Heart of the Middle East, considers the way in which the novel and movie, Exodus, has shaped the Israeli narrative in American culture. He wrote in Al Jazeera:

Most Americans, Jew and Gentile, grew up with the Leon Uris history of the struggle for the Holy Land. Exodus chronicles the heroic birth of Israel out of the ashes of the Holocaust. There the story ends; there is no other narrative.

This politically convenient and magnificently incomplete version of history remains the dominant American narrative of the tragedy known as Israel and Palestine.

Despite the cracks in that narrative in recent years, the über story of Exodus – Uris' 1958 mega-bestseller, and the subsequent Hollywood film starring Paul Newman – still holds a tremendous grip on the American imagination. It may be one of the most influential pieces of fiction ever written in the US. . . .

In Exodus there are only heroic or victimised Jews; only malicious, pathetic or cowardly Arabs, driven not by a love of their land but by fear and manipulation. As Uris tells the story, the Palestinians have no legitimate claim to their homeland: "If the Arabs of Palestine loved their land, they could not have been forced from it – much less run from it without real cause."

Here there is no Deir Yassin massacre; no "Plan Dalet" and its blueprint for sowing fear and fire in Arab villages; no Nakba and its dispossession of 750,000 indigenous Palestinians.

How eager is Israel to protect its national myth? Consider a bill now moving through Israel's Knesset that would make it illegal for an individual or an organization to endorse and support the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement.

A word of caution on your next trip to Israel: If you want to make it safely through the Tel Aviv airport, leave your BDS buttons at home. There will be buttons available when you reach your destination.

If you have a DVD of Miral in your carry-on, and your interrogator objects, offer it as a gift to her. Consider it as missionary outreach.

We are approaching another ominous anniversary in American History without anyone acknowledging it- not even a peep from the mainstream media. When Iranian students took hostages in Tehran and kept them for 444 days, for those of us who remember those terrible days know that the Media reported for hours about that ordeal on daily basis- and there was no Fox News and CNN. But, this ominous anniversary has nothing to do with Iran. To learn about this ongoing ordeal, we need to go back in time- more than 60 years.

It's been over 65 years since President Franklin Roosevelt, on his way back home from the Big Three Conference at Yalta, met with King Ibn Saud of Saudi Arabia onboard US warship in Suez Canal. It was aboard Warship USS Quincy where FDR promised King Abdul Aziz ibn Saud of Saudi Arabia that there will be no Israel. Little did he know, after his death- which came about in a few weeks after this meeting- this promise would be interpreted as a personal promise not as a heads of the state promise and in a short few years of his death Israel would be established. King Abdul Aziz even rejected creation of Israel in Libya and felt it would be unfair to North African Muslims. Of course, all this changed once FDR died in the arms of his long time lover Lucy Mercer.

For Truman it took 20 minutes to recognize the state of Israel when it declared independence in 1948. He did so in the face of opposition from the top U.S. diplomats and military officials that guided its foreign policy in 1947 and were opposed to the idea of establishing a Jewish state in Palestine and pressed then-President Harry Truman not to recognize the new state, arguing that such a move would harm the U.S. position in the Arab Middle East. But, this was a welcoming opportunity for a Christian Zionist to endorse the postwar partition of Palestine and recognize the new Jewish state there. And of course, let's not forget his whistle-stop train campaign that was greased by hundreds of thousands of dollars from Zionists.

Even though, Truman referred to New York City as "Kike town" and at one point he made the remark: "The Jews, I find are very, very selfish. They care not how many Estonians, Latvians, Finns, Poles, Yugoslavs or Greeks get murdered or mistreated as displaced persons as long as the Jews get special treatment. Yet when they have power, physical, financial or political neither Hitler nor Stalin has anything on them for cruelty or mistreatment to the underdog." For Truman, it was a religious obligation as a christian Zionist- he saw himself as an instrument to fulfill the covenant. This uneducated President who was handpicked to become senator in 1934 by the corrupt Missouri Democrat Mobs, controlled by Tom Pendergast, had no idea that he was making the gravest mistake of his life and began a captivity of the US Government with no end in sight.

This was Truman's second big mistake after dropping the bombs on Japan. This loony religious zealot threatened countries around the world by dropping the big one. This product of corrupt Democratic Party recognoized an enclave of violent Jewish extremists soon after they ethnically cleansed 400-plus Palestinian villages. There is no question dropping the bombs on Japan was the most horrifying action in history of mankind, but recognizing the Zionist regime was basically turning over America to the Zionist regime. It is almost like walking in the captivity cell with your own feet and locking yourself up and handing over the keys to the captors. No one will ever forget the horror of the bombs, but it is an event that took place and recorded in history books. Recognizing Israel is not a one-time event, it is not like recognizing Liberia or Mali as a nation, this was beginning of horror to come. Not a day goes by that we do not get reminded of this ongoing torture- be it Madoff on Wall Street or Rahm Emanual, whose father was a terrorist in ethnic cleansing, on Pennsylvania Avenue.

This was a great achievement for Israel to be recognized by the U.S., zionists had used England in the first half of the 20th century as a stepping stone to get to this point. With England serving its purpose in helping to establish Israel- who were a great host close to three centuries and the fact Churchill handily destroyed British Empire; it was time to move on to the next host.

Truman left the office disgraced and with the least popularity numbers as a President, only George Bush Jr may come close to that. This unpopularity had nothing to do with Israel. The numbers would have been worse if Americans knew what Truman had done to their country. But, it was 1953 and Ike was the President. Everyone was giddy about Korean War being wrapped up- as soon as negotiators could decide on the shape of the negotiating table- oval or rectangle- America is about to roll into nifty fifties.

It was during the Ike years that Israelis were able to define their policies towards the U.S.. One of the defining moments came in 1956, when France, England, and Israel invaded Egypt- what's known as Tripartite Invasion- the intent of the invasion was to gain back control of Suez Canal. It did not take long for Eisenhower to issue an ultimatum to these countries to back off. Reluctantly, they retreated from Suez Canal, but it is well known Israelis implemented a scorch earth policy as they retreated to their enclave.

It was after this war that England decided to follow and support U.S. policies no matter what- hence, lapdog policy. France decided to oppose U.S. policies where they can. And, Israel decided they need to take control of U.S. Foreign policy. During the Suez crisis Eisenhower refused to meet American Jewish leader who were trying to influence U.S. foreign policy.

This crisis also was the turning point for America to take control of the old England and France colonies and make them satellite states to the U.S. Government. A step that turned U.S. from a republic to an empire building power.

During these years Israel was trying to plant the seeds of control inside and outside of the U.S.. This meant resorting to any means to establish themselves in American Society. From Miami Beach, New York Jewish Mob- whom to this date are operating and use Israel as base of their operation- to infiltrating into the Government, Financial Institution, and Schools.

David Ben-Gurion also ordered bombing of American and British offices in Egypt using sleeper cells, local Jews, to cause friction between Egypt and the Western powers. This operation is known as Lavon Affair. Israel honored these terrorist as heroes. To this day, Israel employs any means to keep their influence over U.S.. Jews had never forgotten that during the Second World War, the U.S. government would not take any action that might have impeded the slaughter of European Jews.

Hearing anti-Semitic speeches of public officials such as Representative John Rankin of Mississippi on the floor of Congress in the 50's, made Israelis more resolved to take over the Congress.

As with any nation resisting external forces and foreign values, Americans were trying to fend off these advances. Elite universities including Harvard, Yale, and Princeton maintained quotas limiting Jewish enrollments seeing a backlash of take over of Jews in the school system. It is similar to the resistance seen in the old England. In Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice, he introduces a character named Shylock who is a Jewish usurer who lends money to his Christian rival, Antonio, setting the bond at a pound of Antonio's flesh. Looking at the Financial institution and their interest rate, Antonio probably got a good deal.

One of the major tools used to keep America hostage in the hands of Zionist started in the 50's. With the help of the France, Israel started working on the Nuclear Bomb. This also gave France a chance to take a shot at U.S. standing in the world. This work was done in secret and U.S. was not aware of this fact until years later.

Eisenhower, the war hero, did not think of Israeli threat much and he managed them like any other foreign country and he was more preoccupied with communist threat. This gave Israeli's and its supporters time to lay the ground for later stages.

Israel and its supporters had a hard time in Kennedy's era. One of the applausable theories on JFK's assassination is that Jacob Rubenstein, known as Jack Ruby, who killed JFK's assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, wanted to silence Oswald and Ruby took the fall for the Israeli Jewish Mob. He basically eliminated the President who was not very friendly to Israel.

As a second act, Robert Kennedy was assassinated by a "Palestinian" named Sirhan Sirhan who claimed that he was angry at Robert Kennedy for his support of Israel. The ironic part of the story is that a few years earlier Robert Kennedy had ordered to list an organization named the American Zionist Council (AZC) as an Israel's foreign agent since the Department of Justice discovered the AZC had secretly received millions of Dollars in Israeli funds to build a domestic lobby and conduct public relations in the United States for arms, aid, and preferential diplomatic treatment. At the end, the AZC managed to file a partial activity declaration covering only three months as opposed to many years of lobbying for Israel. They also managed to keep the names of all the recipients receiving payments from Israel be kept secret. Soon after that AZC changed its name to AIPAC. This is how the AIPAC as we know came to existence with members in every walk of life from Wolf Blitzer to Rahm Emanuel. It is the same AIPAC that everyone in the Government must answer to. As recent as March, 2010, when Hillary Clinton was summoned to explain their comments on the new East Jerusalem Jewish settlements.

In short, Kennedys were eliminated by Israelis because of the trouble they caused them. Meanwhile, Israel and France had completed the development of Nuclear Bombs. Eisenhower and Kennedy tried to question and stop Israeli on Nuke development but they were ignored and outmaneuvered by Zionists. America was about to be put on the Shackle for unforeseeable future. Having Nuclear Bombs meant the last nail was driven in the coffin of America's independence and freedom. From that point on U.S. was taken hostage as a full fledge chained nation and not a single decision would be made before evaluating the benefits for Zionists.

In the era of LBJ, this imprisonment was tested. It was during the Six-Day war on June 8, 1967 when Israeli jet fighter attacked USS Liberty and killed 34 crew members (naval officers, seamen, two Marines, and a civilian). The interesting fact is that this ship was a Navy technical research ship. But, it did present a perfect case for Israeli's to demonstrate that U.S. cannot do anything about it- retaliation was out of the question. The message was sent to Washington. Washington was in bondage. This incident harbingered the domination of Israeli's over America. The capitulation was complete.

Starting with Nixon administration, more and more Zionists infiltrated the political systems in America and directed the policies of current administration. Almost every President after Nixon, including Nixon, made their disgust known about the Zionist except Clinton and Obama, but that's all they could do, just show their true feelings through words not actions. Nixon once said, "The Jews are irreligious, atheistic, immoral bunch of bastards."

It was in Nixon time that with the help of Kissinger Mossad agents stole 200 pounds of highly enriched uranium from a nuclear fuel processing plant in Pennsylvania enough material to make ten nuclear bombs. It was also during Nixon Administration that U.S. Government agreed to shield the Israelis from nuclear scrutiny, without asking for anything in return. Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon described by Prime Minister Golda Meir as "the best friend Israel ever had," Nixon agreed in 1969 to endorse "constructive ambiguity" as a means for Tel Aviv to obscure its nuclear arsenal. Meanwhile the Zionists used the threat of the Nukes to seize the land they sought for expansion.

Up to then Zionists were only successful to bring U.S. Government to their knees, the bigger and more important task was on hand- that was to bring American people under their control and place the yoke of control around their necks without them knowing- Americans are proud people they would never allow anybody to do that to them- they would rather die before they would take any of this- just take a look at New Hampshire motto- "Live Free or Die". But, Submission of the US Government to Israelis paved the way for the Zionist to have their way with American people. To bring the mass population into compliance, the effort had to be multi-prong and comprehensive, it had to cover all aspects of American life- social, political, education, entertainment, spiritual, Financial, industrial, and whatever that Americans cared for.

And that's when the wheels of infiltration started turning. The two most important segments that Zionist focused on in the decade of 70's were politics and religion. They already had a great success in social, education, and various industries including entertainment. The Zionist mob since 1930's had invested in Hollywood and other entertainment venues from TV networks to Movie studios, even to this day they are the biggest owner of gambling and Porn in America. And, in the 60's, they modified the norms of society to a more pregnable form for decades to come. The same with the education system, by the 1960s, Jews already constituted 20% of the faculty of elite universities and 40% of the professors of elite law schools; today, these percentages are much higher and this has nothing to do with smarts but it has to do with every un-American practice and values one can imagine.

Still the toughest nuts to crack were politics and religion. Gradually, in Nixon's Administration the Zionist started to take over. One the best positions to be in any administration were to be in the team of speechwriters. It is almost like putting words in the mouth of the President. The best example was when George Bush Junior uttered the words, Axis of evil, which was written by a Canadian Zionist David Frum. Poor Bush had no idea what he was saying- or even more recent when Obama, a Black President, used a racist reference to call Israel, "the jewish state of Israel, a reference that even Truman a Christian Zionist President refrained to use.

One of the most despicable speechwriter of all time started with Nixon's administration. William Safire was so opinionated that when Carter refused to bomb Iran, he considered his biggest defeat of his life. Safire did not stop there, he wanted to bomb El Salvador, Nicaragua, Iraq, and any entity who had the remotest dislike towards Israel.

One of the major components of Zionist arsenal was created during Nixon era but in the Democratic Party. At this juncture Republicans were hawkish enough for Zionist and Zionist were influencing the Republican agenda with ease. The real challenge was to transform the Democratic Party into a hawkish Party. The game plan for Zionist was to have both parties in control so it would not matter which Party is running the Government. As a revealing example was the 2008 Senate election for Minnesota where both candidates Norm Coleman, the Republican incumbent was running against carpet bagger Al Franken. This is in a state where only Fifty thousand Jews live in it. The Minnesotans were taken for a ride of their life watching a circus of election which brought them no respect.

After the defeat of McGovern, who was representing a milder and more humane face of Democratic Party in 1972, which was influenced by 60's so-called social justice movement- which is another ploy in Zionist game plan- the Zionist elements decided to redefine the Democratic Party to send the McGovern era into oblivion. The conduit to create a more hawkish Democratic Party was a pro-Israeli senator named Henry (Scoop) Jackson. Among the Zionist agents who surrounded the Scoop Jackson were Richard Perle, Elliot Abrams, Irving Kristol, Norman Podoretz, Frank Gaffney. This was the start of neo-conservatism that emerged in Clinton and Bush era with full force. This group of people later split up from Democratic Party claiming that Democrats are still not hawkish enough and infiltrated the Republican Party. The 2003 invasion of Iraq and the lies leading to this invasion was all the work of Richard Perle, Prince of darkness, and rest of the neo-con gang of Republican Party. The ones that remained in the Democratic Party took control of the Party a few years later in Clinton era. The neo-cons showed that they have no party loyalty and they go where the power is.

Interesting note on these neo-cons is that most of them were Trotskyite Socialist.

The short-lived Ford Administration following the disgraceful exit of Nixon did not make any significant changes to the presence of Zionist in his Administration. Somewhat meaningful change came in Carter Administration where Carter excluded the neo-libs from his Administration but did employ ardent Zionists in his Administration. Carter gave enough reason for most neo-cons to move towards Republican Party.

Seventies was the decade that Christian Zionism was reaching new heights with the help of Israelis who lived in America and sounded and acted like Americans. Benjamin Netanyahu who practically grew up in the US was very active to make Christian Zionsim a mainstream political force in America. Leaders such as Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, and many others were instrumental with the help of Israel to have a strong say in political arena, The best example of this influence was re-election of Bush in 2004. America has become from a Christian country to a politically label of Judeo-Christian country. This was done by tremendous effort of Zionist inside and outside of the U.S.. With this accomplishment, it was quite manageable to bring the mass population into compliance. Engraining Judeo-Christian in religious psyche of Americans would have a lasting effect to manipulate American way of thinking.

It was in the Reagan era that Zionist found the opportune time to propagate through the American industries and at the same time continue with their machination in the foreign affairs. While they took credit for success of Reagan in the Cold War period, they were more active on the home front as America was busy paying attention to Iran-Contra affair, Mr.'s Reagan-Gorbachev Romance, and Russia in Afghanistan. Even though one of their neo-con cohort, Elliott Abrams, was caught in Iran-Contra affair, they did not slow down. As with Mr. Abrams, he was granted Presidential pardon by George H.W. Bush, and he continues with his evil acts to this day.

Along with penetration into the main stream American industries and high business growth in Israel which was financed by American Tax payers, the American Zionist were able to pass a law in 1985, Israel Free Trade Implementation Act, to open a wide trade door to Israeli companies to give them a preferential treatment even over their American counterpart. This was a huge success for Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir and AIPAC which worked on this legislation for two years. Even though, FBI became involved in investigating the role of AIPAC in this legislation but as always nothing favorable came out of this for American people.

This gave small Israeli companies a tremendous exposure to Huge US market. With the help of the sellout Congress, these Israeli companies were allowed to even get into the government contracts. This of course was another step in destruction of manufacturing base in US and weakening the US in the consumer market and pushing them even more towards a more military industries and further away from what a true America stood for. But, Israelis knew too well that only an economy based on military expansion and low moral values can guarantee the security of Israel.

With the start of the Bush 41 presidency, everything looked favorable for Zionists. With collapse of Soviet Union, they had focused on shaping this President's term as a neo-con launch pad- they had even worked the phrase "New World Order" in the President's speech. It was high time for neo-con when the elder Bush went after Saddam to "free" Kuwait in 1991, but soon after that things got sour for the neo-cons when Bush Senior tried to put America's weight behind settlement of the Israel-Palestinian conflict, many neo-con decided to give the Democratic Party a second chance. Interesting enough Bush Senior became a one term President. He would be the last President from pre baby boomer generation. It was time for neo-cons to focus on new breed of Presidents- the baby boomer generation.

In comes the slick willie, with neo-con honing in on a charming southerner, they signed on as advisers to Bill Clinton to help him out in his bid for the White House. Clinton was able to even bring on more neo-con and Zionist into his circle when he met Rahm Emanuel- the same king whisperer for Obama, who introduced Bill Clinton to all the influential Zionists in the East Coast and the West Coast. Bill Clinton's Presidency was the high time for the Zionist in American Political system. The entry gained by the Zionist would permanently open the doors to foreign forces with no regard to American interests. Bill Clinton's price for America was very cheap. He sold America to Israelis for only personal gains. From his sex scandals to all shady financial dealings the Zionists were right in the middle of it. When George Soros was architecting disintegration of Yugoslavia, Bill Clinton was very open to Balkan Massacre as long as he would benefit from it. His Administration was infested with corrupt Zionists. He became the only Administration in the US History who had the most Zionists in key positions- only to be topped by Obama's administration. He had basically turned over the responsibility of running America to Zionist and Israelis. It was in his Presidency that the Trio of Greenspan, Summers, and Rubin set the stage for the collapse of the Commodity and the Housing market in later years. Then again, Clinton simply did not care- it was more important for him to personally benefit from his presidency. His Secretary of Treasury Rubin alone made Clinton close to $500 million. Of Course, Mr. Rubin himself did very nice while he was destroying CitiBank and destroying American livelihood.

Zionist failure to place one of their own, Joe Lieberman, along with a clueless Gore in the White House meant they need to change strategy and gain grounds in incompetent George Bush's administration. Even though it was harder for the older socialist neo-cons who thrived under Democratic administration, they managed to infiltrate into Bush's administration through external thinkthanks and position themselves as advisors. Younger neo-cons were more open to change color and be part of the administration such as Wolfowitz and Perle and operate within Administration.

What neo-cons had in the cards for George Bush was anticipated years ago- around when Israel was created. In 1948, a Joint Chiefs paper titled "Force Requirements for Palestine" predicted that the "Zionist strategy will seek to involve the US in a continuously widening and deepening series of operations intended to secure maximum Jewish objectives."

911 event was the catalyst to involve the US in an unending adventurism which would only benefit Israeli at the expense of American lives and liberty. The deconstruction phase of America by Zionist which had begun with Clinton administration was now in full swing. Election of Obama only solidified the position of Zionist in the Government- with Obama having the most members in his cabinet who hold Israeli Passport. These people consider the Constitution a piece of old paper which has no bearing on what America stands for. As Rahm Emanuel said once- Constitution is way overrated. What we are witnessing is the zenith of deconstruction of America. America may have a lot of problems, but it does not deserve this. For past sixty plus years America has been misled and hijacked and held hostage with this foreign entity wishing only the worst for America. The Deconstruction phase of this tragedy will be examined in detail to help us understand the current affair in America.

“Mr. President, will you take a call from Prime Minister Netanyahu in five minutes? He says it’s urgent, very urgent.”

“Rahm, I can tell from the tone of your voice that you’re not asking me a question. You’re giving me an order.”

Rahm Emanuel smiled.

President Obama did his best to match it and then said, “There are times when I don’t know who is doing most to screw me, you or Netanyahu.”

“Mr. President, we work as a team.”

“I take it you mean you and Netanyahu, not you and me.”

Rahm’s only response was another smile.

“Okay, I’ll take the call.”

Rahm pressed a button on the President’s desk and said to the operator, “Put him straight through when he calls.”

Obama drew on an imaginary cigarette. “Rahm, there’s a question I’ve been meaning to ask you for a long time…. Do you think I’d be sitting in this chair if I had not agreed to have you as my chief of staff?”

Rahm thought about saying “No” but settled for “Probably not”.

“Yes, Prime Minister. What can I do for you today?”

“Mr. President, I need you to understand that I have a very serious problem on my hands because of my commitment to assist you to advance the peace process. As you know, my government has ordered building inspectors to enforce a 10-month freeze on the construction of new buildings in Judea and Samaria. But our inspectors are being blocked by some of the settlers. It’s not yet turned seriously violent but I fear it will if we proceed with enforcement.”

“You must decide, prime minister, who rules, you or the settlers. I’m sure the IDF can handle them.”

“Mr. President, there’s some background to this problem that you may not be aware of. Back in 1980, General Sharon signed an oath with his blood. He did it at a meeting with very many senior IDF officers. They all signed the oath with their blood. Down the years since then, the same oath has been signed by many others with their blood. In the event of a government of Israel seeking to withdraw from Judea and Samaria for peace with the Palestinians, the oath commits those who signed it to make common cause with the settlers and fight that government to the death. Mr. President, I am frightened. If I do what you ask – we both know that a temporary freeze will be the overture to a full withdrawal – I could trigger a Jewish civil war, and that could be the end of Israel.”

Rahm Emanuel was about to speak. The President silenced him with a gesture.

“Binyamin, I am aware of the blood oath. Perhaps none of my predecessors were, but I am. I’m also aware that when Prime Minister Begin started to stuff the occupied West bank with settlers, it was for the purpose of creating the civil war scenario you now fear. He calculated that no Israeli prime minister would want to go down in history as the one who gave the order to the Jewish army to shoot Jews out of occupation for the sake of peace with the Palestinians.”

The President paused to debate briefly with himself what he should say next.

“Binyamin, it’s time for all of us to face the truth. The dangerous mess that you Israelis are now in is entirely of your own making. You should not have settled the occupied territories. Very soon after the 1967 war the government of Israel was advised by its own legal experts that settlement would be illegal. That was also the opinion of the governments of the organised international community, all of them, and you Israelis told them to go to hell.”

“Mr. President, I’ll be the first Israeli prime minister to say there’s some truth in what you’ve just said. But it’s only a small part of the whole truth. The settlements went ahead only because the governments of the major powers failed to give us a red light. Security Council Resolution 242 ought to have contained clauses emphasizing that settlement of the newly occupied territory would be illegal and would not be tolerated. Before you press me further, Mr. President, think about that and then ask yourself who, really, is most to blame for the dangerous mess we are all in.”

The line went dead.

The conversation above is imaginary but the blood oath is not. I tell the true story of it in Zionism: The Real Enemy of the Jews. My source was Ezer Weizman when he was Israel’s minister of defense.

I had an appointment with him at 1.30pm in his office at the defense ministry in Tel Aviv. At the reception desk of a strangely unbusy ministry, I was told that he was out and had left a message asking for me to be shown into his outer office and to make myself comfortable until he arrived.

Nearly half an hour later I heard the sound of heavy, weary footsteps coming up the stone stairs. When Ezer filled the frame of the doorway to the outer office of his inner sanctum, it was obvious that he was not his usual energetic, breezy self. He had the look of a haunted man. He managed a smile and said “Shalom“. Then, without another word, he put an arm around my shoulder and walked me into his office. He closed the door, nodded me to a seat on the other side of his ministerial desk and flopped into his own chair. He pushed it back and plonked his feet on the desk. He was looking straight at me but through me, to something only visible in his imagination.

I let the silence run and then, eventually, I said: “Ezer, you’ve obviously got a major problem on your mind. Shall I make an appointment for another day?”

Eventually he spoke. On refection I was sure he told me what he did only because I was there. He needed to tell somebody and it happened by chance to be me.

He said slowly and with quiet emphasis:

“This lunchtime Sharon convened a secret meeting of some of our generals and other top military and security people. They signed a blood oath which commits them to fight to the death to prevent any government of Israel withdrawing from the West Bank.” Pause. “I know that’s what happened at the meeting because I’ve checked it out, and that’s why I was late.”

If the change President-elect Obama has promised includes a halt to America's wars of aggression and an end to the rip-off of taxpayers by powerful financial interests, what explains Obama's choice of foreign and economic policy advisors? Indeed, Obama's selection of Rahm Emanuel as White House chief of staff is a signal that change ended with Obama's election. The only thing different about the new administration will be the faces.

Rahm Emanuel is a supporter of Bush's invasion of Iraq. Emanuel rose to prominence in the Democratic Party as a result of his fundraising connections to AIPAC. A strong supporter of the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee, he comes from a terrorist family. His father was a member of Irgun, a Jewish terrorist organization that used violence to drive the British and Palestinians out of Palestine in order to create the Jewish state. During the 1991 Gulf War, Rahm Emanuel volunteered to serve in the Israel Defense Forces. He was a member of the Freddie Mac board of directors and received $231,655 in directors fees in 2001. According to Wikipedia, "during the time Emanuel spent on the board, Freddie Mac was plagued with scandals involving campaign contributions and accounting irregularities."

In "Hail to the Chief of Staff," Alexander Cockburn describes Emanuel as "a super-Likudnik hawk," who as chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in 2006 "made great efforts to knock out antiwar Democratic candidates."

My despondent friends in the Israeli peace movement ask, "What is this man doing in Obama's administration?"

Obama's election was necessary as the only means Americans had to hold the Republicans accountable for their crimes against the Constitution and human rights, for their violations of US and international laws, for their lies and deceptions, and for their financial chicanery. As an editorial in Pravda put it, "Only Satan would have been worse than the Bush regime. Therefore it could be argued that the new administration in the USA could never be worse than the one which divorced the hearts and minds of Americans from their brothers in the international community, which appalled the rest of the world with shock and awe tactics that included concentration camps, torture, mass murder and utter disrespect for international law."

But Obama's advisers are drawn from the same gang of Washington thugs and Wall Street banksters as Bush's. Richard Holbrooke, was an assistant secretary of state and ambassador in the Clinton administration. He implemented the policy to enlarge NATO and to place the military alliance on Russia's border in contravention of Reagan's promise to Gorbachev. Holbrooke is also associated with the Clinton administration's illegal bombing of Serbia, a war crime that killed civilians and Chinese diplomats. If not a neocon himself, Holbrooke is closely allied with them.

Madeline Albright is the Clinton era secretary of state who told Leslie Stahl (60 Minutes) that the US policy of Iraq sanctions, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Iraqi children, had goals important enough to justify the children's deaths. Albright's infamous words: "we think the price is worth it." Wikipedia reports that this immoralist served on the board of directors of the New York Stock Exchange at the time of Dick Grasso's $187.5 million compensation scandal.

Dennis Ross has long associations with the Israeli-Palestinian "peace negotiations." A member of his Clinton era team, Aaron David Miller, wrote that during 1999-2000 the US negotiating team led by Ross acted as Israel's lawyer: "we had to run everything by Israel first." This "stripped our policy of the independence and flexibility required for serious peacemaking. If we couldn't put proposals on the table without checking with the Israelis first, and refused to push back when they said no, how effective could our mediation be?" According to Wikipedia, Ross is "chairman of a new Jerusalem-based think tank, the Jewish People Policy Planning Institute, funded and founded by the Jewish Agency."

Clearly, this is not a group of advisors that is going to halt America's wars against Israel's enemies or force the Israeli government to accept the necessary conditions for a real peace in the Middle East.

Ralph Nader predicted as much. In his "Open Letter to Barack Obama (November 3, 2008), Nader pointed out to Obama that his "transformation from an articulate defender of Palestinian rights . . . to a dittoman for the hard-line AIPAC lobby" puts Obama at odds with "a majority of Jewish-Americans" and "64 per cent of Israelis." Nader quotes the Israeli writer and peace advocate Uri Avnery's description of Obama's appearance before AIPAC as an appearance that "broke all records for obsequiousness and fawning." Nader damns Obama for his "utter lack of political courage [for] surrendering to demands of the hard-liners to prohibit former president Jimmy Carter from speaking at the Democratic National Convention." Carter, who achieved the only meaningful peace agreement between Israel and the Arabs, has been demonized by the powerful AIPAC lobby for criticizing Israel's policy of apartheid toward the Palestinians whose territory Israel forcibly occupies.

Obama's economic team is just as bad. Its star is Robert Rubin, the bankster who was secretary of the treasury in the Clinton administration. Rubin has responsibility for the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act and, thereby, responsibility for the current financial crisis. In his letter to Obama, Nader points out that Obama received unprecedented campaign contributions from corporate and Wall Street interests. "Never before has a Democratic nominee for President achieved this supremacy over his Republican counterpart."

Obama's victory speech was magnificent. The TV cameras scanning faces in the audience showed the hope and belief that propelled Obama into the presidency. But Obama cannot bring change to Washington. There is no one in the Washington crowd that he can appoint who is capable of bringing change. If Obama were to reach outside the usual crowd, anyone suspected of being a bringer of change could not get confirmed by the Senate. Powerful interest groups--AIPAC, the military-security complex, Wall Street--use their political influence to block unacceptable appointments.

As Alexander Cockburn said of Obama in a pre-eection column, column "never has the dead hand of the past had a ‘reform' candidate so firmly by the windpipe." Obama confirmed Cockburn's verdict in his first press conference as president-elect. Disregarding the unanimous US National Intelligence Estimate, which concluded that Iran stopped working on nuclear weapons five years ago, and ignoring the continued certification by the International Atomic Energy Agency that none of the nuclear material for Iran's civilian nuclear reactor has been diverted to weapons use, Obama sallied forth with the Israel Lobby's propaganda and accused Iran of "development of a nuclear weapon" and vowing "to prevent that from happening."

The change that is coming to America has nothing to do with Obama. Change is coming from the financial crisis brought on by Wall Street greed and irresponsibility, from the eroding role of the US dollar as reserve currency, from countless mortgage foreclosures, from the offshoring of millions of America's best jobs, from a deepening recession, from pillars of American manufacturing--Ford and GM--begging the government for taxpayers' money to stay alive, and from budget and trade deficits that are too large to be closed by normal means.

Traditionally, the government relies on monetary and fiscal policy to lift the economy out of recession. But easy money is not working. Interest rates are already low and monetary growth is already high, yet unemployment is rising. The budget deficit is already huge--a world record--and the red ink is not stimulating the economy. Can even lower interest rates and even higher budget deficits help an economy that has moved offshore, leaving behind jobless consumers overburdened with debt?

How much more can the government borrow? America's foreign creditors are asking this question. An official organ of the Chinese ruling party recently called for Asian and European countries to "banish the US dollar from their direct trade relations, relying only on their own currencies."

"Why," asks another Chinese publication, "should China help the US to issue debt without end in the belief that the national credit of the US can expand without limit?"

The world has tired of American hegemony and had its fill of American arrogance. America's reputation is in tatters: the financial debacle, endless red ink, Abu Ghraib, Gitmo, rendition, torture, illegal wars based on lies and deception, disrespect for the sovereignty of other countries, war crimes, disregard for international law and the Geneva Conventions, the assault on habeas corpus and the separation of powers, a domestic police state, constant interference in the internal affairs of other countries, boundless hypocrisy.

The change that is coming is the end of American empire. The hegemon has run out of money and influence. Obama as "America's First Black President" will lift hopes and, thus, allow the act to be carried on a little longer. But the New American Century is already over.
