Maj. Orlich also revealed that the Frequent Flyer Program was Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), although it did not appear in writing in the SOPs of that time-begging the question of what other detainee treatment policies were omitted from the written records. According to Maj. Orlich, Guantánamo Bay leadership was aware that the Frequent Flyer Program was in use, and the program was a routine included in what the military calls its "daily synchronization matrix." Maj. Orlich also said that the Frequent Flyer Program was ongoing at the time of his departure from Guantánamo Bay in April 2005, and he had never heard of any order to stop the program. This is despite previous government claims that the program had been discontinued in March 2004.

And here are some excerpts from the extremely bigoted and ignorant slide show this guy has put up on the web apparently subsequent to his tour in Guantanomo. I wonder if he gives this briefing to other people in the military and the US government. On the first slide of his presentation he mentions his PACOM affiliation. Maybe you all investigative journalists out there could ask PACOM if this means that they endorse his presentation.

You know it's gonna be good when it starts off with a quote from the fraud Walid Shoebat which I will spare you. Note to Shas Party members: the headlines in bold are mine, not from the presentation by Maj. Jason Orlich – though I can understand why people could get that confused. 1. In a major breakthrough engineered by the great man of change and hope and who has blocked access to all documents that tell us anything about him, Israeli Vice President for American Affairs (IVPAA), Barrack Hussein Obama, the Israeli Vice President for Palestinian Affairs (IVPPA), Mahmoud Abbas, has made a major compromise. In a press conference in Herzeliyya, Abbas has offered Netanyahu a huge concession. Both the House and Senate in the US are ready to vote on it as soon as Netanyahu gives the go ahead, the bill having been drafted by AIPAC, as usual. Abbas' statement is included in the photo- op image below.

2. You know, Abbas just may be on to something. All you investigative journalists who read this blog, and you FBI guys too, want might to pay attention to what ever the hell is going on in the East Ramapo Central School District. It's quite a tangled web, but it looks like a bunch of Orthodox Jews (in other words fundamentalist extremists like the ones who are stealing land from Palestinians left, right and center) are pulling a West Bank on a bunch of poor blacks and Latinos.

Now I know that everyone is all worried about Shari'ah law and that we are all mourning for the boring, dull and apparently quite smart Juan Williams, who got fired from a boring, dull and quite smart network so he can work full time for people who do things for which people like Julius Streicher were hanged at Nuremberg, I know you all are just weeping for Juan and all that shit.

But how about coming on a trip on the wings of the tuyuur here at Mantiq al-Tayr and we'll get a bird's eye view of a microcosm of these formerly great United States?

Trevor Brookins, who says he is an investigative reporter, writes the following about the East Ramapo Central School District in Rockland County, New York. The district has lots of minorities and also a Jewish community. (Note to Shas party members, the red highlights are mine.)

Over the past decade this Jewish community has utilized its political prerogative and gained a majority of seats on the school board to then authorize more and more funds and services to be allocated to the Yeshivas. Ignore for a moment that these Yeshivas are somehow classified as public schools and therefore receive tax funds while operating in a private manner in that they do not admit non-Jewish children.

Say it ain't so, Shlomo. The school board is being run by a bunch of Orthodox Jews and the Jewish schools get tax dollars and don't admit non-Jewish kids? Who'd a thunk it? But it gets better. Much better.

Mr. Brookins continues:

There are still two major problems that continue to grow in significance. First, there is the steady reallocation of funds from schools with an inclusive student population (heterogeneous ethnically and religiously) to schools that are exclusively Jewish; second, there is the steady decrease in the amount of non-Jewish students and families in the district which makes the dissolution of the district more and more a possibility.

Not surprisingly, we get a nice picture of this community in the Forward. Although the majority population is not Jewish, 6 of the 8 elected members of the school board are Orthodox Jews. The school board Chairman whose name is, and I am not making this up, Nathan Rothschild, defends what's going on. The Forward reports:

The president of the school board, an Orthodox Jew from Monsey named Nathan Rothschild, who is seen by some observers as playing a mediating role between the Orthodox and non-Orthodox members of the board, said that Orthodox board members have an interest in providing a good education to the public school students. But he also made clear that he saw himself as a representative of the "private school community."

And it looks like the Orthodox are being well represented:

"Rothschild pointed to three factors that led to the Orthodox community's ultimate push for a school board majority: population growth, a state law that reimbursed school districts for busing private school students and changing attitudes within the Orthodox community toward the needs of the developmentally disabled. In 2005, representatives of the Orthodox community took the school board majority for the first time."

Looks like access to state funding for private education was just too appealing. But it gets better. The Orthodox-dominated board decided it just had to close one of the schools attended by those useless goyim. And then, surprise surprise, the school board sells the property to Congregation Yeshiva Avir Yaakov for under market value. Pretty cool huh? Oh wait, turns out not only has someone filed suit and blocked the sale, it also turns out that for some mysterious reason the school board was not aware that it owed 3 million dollars to the State of New York for improvements to the property it was selling to the Yeshiva. No doubt this is a coincidence. It's all right there in the Forward article.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the town of Ramapo loves Israel. It even has a sister city in Israel called Beit Shemesh. This is nice, especially since Israelis seem to like to live in Ramapo such as these sixteen families of Israelis who are living there illegally who got the boot over the summer. The article points out that Ramapo Supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence, who seems to be a complete shill, is closely supported by the two Rabbis who run the Yeshiva that settled these families against the orders of a court injunction. In fact, this article here shows even more attempts at creating "housing" disguised as living for religious students. People in Ramapo are pissed.

In fact, it turns out that two "laws" are being used by the Yeshivas to set up more and more "housing" for Jews coming there from G-d knows where. Christopher St. Lawrence seems to be all for it. Wonder why.

The Preserve Ramapo people are careful how they go about fighting the destruction of their community. Here they show how St. Lawrence caved to "religious developers". Wonder what religion? Actually it does get named in the article, but the Preserve folks are very hesitant to mention it. Wonder why?

Could you imagine if Muslims were pulling this shit? Palin, Angle, Beck the whole lot of zio-assholes would be screaming "Shakira law" at the top of their zionist-bullshit-filled lungs.
This whole mess deserves some real in-depth investigative journalism.

There is so much here that needs exploring. I bet the roots of all this run pretty deep. I guess Mahmoud Abbas was correct in calling for a halt of continued Israeli settlement construction in the US.

3. I've never liked Juan Williams. As far as I can tell he's never had an original thought his whole life. But given all the zionist bullshit that is fed Americans by the very media in which he believes and of which he is apart, I don't think he should have been fired from his job with National Patrician Radio. Most Americans are now afraid of Muslims, and with Williams now joining the enemy of the people full time he can make big bucks giving that bunch of zionist agents more credibility. For that, I loathe him.

4. Danielle Crittenden, who should be writing for Moron.Com, gets ripped a whole new asshole by the Anonymous Arabist for what she says about Muslims in this piece. It's a good read. And no, Ms. Crittendon should not be fired. Maybe she should take a job with Fox News though.

5. Okay, I need something to put me, and I hope you, in a good mood. One day, when I get my own radio show on the Rense network, the song in the video below is going to be used for my bumper music. (First I'll need to be fired by Alex Jones for talking about Israel and by RBN for talking about the USS Liberty, but I digress.)

Now I just love the facial expressions of all the dudes in this video, but especially those of the skinny guitarist who is playing between Booker T and the drummer. He just looks like he's doing the one thing he loves most, and I enjoy that. I believe he is Steven Cropper and that he is also the lead guitarist in the much later video of the same song which I've linked to further below. Satire: Harvard law school expels star student for 'holocaust denial'

CAMBRIDGE, Mass (AP) What began as a minor citation in a scholarly work ended up causing Noor Aljiem to be expelled from Harvard Law School. Aljiem, a third-year student majoring in criminal law, submitted a paper that examined Nazi travesties of criminal law, and received an ‘A' grade. She was set to graduate Summa Cum Laude at the end of this semester, but the university law school was forced to reconsider her status when criminal law professor Alan Dershowitz criticized Njiem's scholarship.

"She could have used any number of sources for her paper," Dershowitz' explained, "but for some reason, one of her citations mentioned the book Did Six Million Really Die? by imprisoned Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel."

"I admit there were misunderstandings," Njiem says. "But I did not actually quote the book. I quoted a German legal reference that happened to be cited in the book. Also, the citation was only one of three hundred miscellaneous citations in my paper, and I was commended for the thoroughness of my research. Furthermore the author of Did Six Million Really Die? was not Ernst Zundel, but Richard Verrall, whose pen name was Richard Harwood. Zundel merely helped Harwood to get Harwood's book published."

Saul Rubin, Dean of Harvard Law School, submitted the matter to an academic review board. "The German legal reference was obscure, and Ms. Njiem could have citied it directly, or through some other work," Rubin says. "That fact that her paper's bibliography mentioned Zundel's Did Six Million Really Die? is indicative of carelessness or maliciousness. Either way, we were forced to take Ms. Aljiem's status under advisement."

A series of further misunderstandings ensued, at the end of which the review board ruled against Najiem. Harvard Law School was forced to revoke her academic status, which had the effect of expelling her.

"Zundel's book has been outlawed in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, and most of mainland Europe," Dershowitz explains. "To take a hate-filled reference that has been outlawed in so many nations, and cite it in a scholarly work, strikes me as more than a coincidence."

Alhiem, who is a Muslim, asked the law school if it would expel a student for citing Salman Rushdie's The Satanic Verses, which has been outlawed in most Muslim nations.

"They told me they would not, because Rushdie's book does not deny the Holocaust. They also objected to my use of a book that has been banned in several countries. My position is that many banned books turn out later to be literary classics. The Soviet Union banned Orwell's novel 1984. England banned Orwell's Animal Farm, plus Adam Smith's The Wealth of Nations. America banned Harriet Beecher Stowe's anti-slavery book Uncle Tom's Cabin. Iran banned Vladimir Nabokov's novel Lolita. Is America the same as the Islamofascists?"

"That's a clever argument," Dershowitz says, "but none of those books killed six million people. Moreover, a book like Rushdies' Satanic Verses merely questions theology and belief, while Zundel's book is a hate-filled assault on well-documented truth."

Njiem submitted a formal apology, and offered to rewrite the paper without the citation, but dean Saul Rubin said the review board's decision was final, and was out of his hands.

"I can see the board's point," Rubin explains. "When a person commits a robbery, do we excuse her merely because she says he's sorry? As an aspiring criminal attorney, Ms. Njiem surely realizes that all of us must take personal responsibility for our actions."

After her expulsion, Njiem applied to other law schools in the hope of finishing her education, but she says they all rejected her because of the incident at Harvard.

"Now I have no way to pay back my school loans. Harvard wants to make an example of me. They also want to separate Muslims from the rest of American society by creating the illusion that only Muslims deserve to be attacked. In reality, many people are attacked; not just Muslims."

"That's a typical blame-the-victim response," Dershowitz says. "Whenever hate is exposed, its perpetrators claim that their people are singled out as a group for unfair treatment. This is only my opinion, but it seems to me that all Muslims over-generalize, especially about Jews. Also, it is absurd for Ms. Njiem to claim that only Muslims are held accountable. Is Zundel, the book's author, a Muslim? We see this kind of illogic and selective memory all the time. Frankly, I find it hypocritical."

Aljiem plans to sue the university law school to reinstate her academic status. Representing the law school will be a team led Alan Dershowitz, who was not part of the review board.
